Where do we start... we got here at 6:15pm and we were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait but there were 12 empty tables in the front dining room. Then after 15 plus minutes we're seated greeted by a very nice server and place our orders, but after a good 7-8 minutes he returned with menus in hand because they had no chicken and dumplings left. We both reorder and 10 minutes later I was served a hamburger steak that looked like a quarter pound hamburger patty that was cooked days ago with no gravy or anything to help moisten it up a little bit. Hard to discuss the ambiance when everything else was just horrible!

It was my first time at a Cracker Barrel location, and this was the best experience ever.  I wasn't sure what to order, but the lady who helped me with my to-go order was super helpful. The ambiance when walking in was inviting and casual. It gave you a homey vibe.      We ordered: 1.  Grandpa's country fried steak breakfast - I loved that there was a choice between country fried steak and country fried chicken.  This used to confuse me at some places when ordering.  Some places have one or the other, not both. The country fried steak was crispy and meaty.  I loved that they put the gravy separately.  Nobody wants a soggy country fried steak.  I had it with the grits.  I've never really had grits and wanted to know what it was all about.  It was yummy and creamy.  2.  Sunrise special - Gravy and biscuits with sausage.  This is a nice way to warm up your tummy on a cold morning.   Something about it is so comforting. 3.  Barrel Bite Duo- Biscuit beignets and loaded hash brown casserole tots I think these two together was a meal on its own. Biscuit beignets were crispy on the outside and fluffy/doughy in the middle.   The hash brown casserole tots, and you can't stop eating once you start.     While I was waiting for my to go order, I was definitely busy walking around looking at all the goodies that they had in their store. They had so many old-school candies, chocolates, games, and so much more.   It was hard not to buy one of everything.   They had a variety to appeal to anyone and everyone.     The two ladies at the register were super nice and friendly.   I was talking to them for a bit, and I felt like I've known them forever.  One lady was showing us her outfit that she wore at her daughter's graduation.   The people there were super nice and welcoming.  I honestly can't wait to come back.  The hospitality and food were amazing. Highly recommend.

We visited tonight and had a very pleasant visit! They were really busy as they had a party of 50 that sectioned off half of the restaurant. Our server, Nathan, was great even despite the wait on seating and food. After a bit of a wait our food came out and everything tasted great! The kids loved the ambience and thought the little table games were fun. We didn't realize Cracker Barrel served alcohol now, but that was a nice surprise. Thanks for a nice dinner cb!

Our son picked CB for his mini bday lunch. We went midday on Saturday. It was decently busy and we waited about 10 minutes for a table. We sensed/overheard a little bit of a disconnect with tables not getting cleared quickly, causing the wait. No big deal. Food tasted great and order came out correct, albeit a touch slow. Keep in mind time of day when going here, it can be very popular and busy.

This location did not have lunch ready to order. It was after 11am and was told to order breakfast when I wanted lunch.

Great food but slow service! Ordered online, left home when order said it would be ready but waited in the parking lot for over 10 minutes.

You'll find breakfast cocktails, homemade biscuits, breakfast comfort food as well as flat screen T.V.s and friendly service rounding out your experience. Today I opted for the server recommended Freebird Benedict, $15, and I enjoyed their creative take on the classic Eggs Benedict. This creative breakfast entree features their biscuit- split with fried chicken, poached egg and topped with their chicken sausage gravy. Definitely a big breakfast and shareable! Loved the tender biscuit, the crunch of the fried chicken and the savory flavorful chicken sausage gravy! The side of seasoned Moon Dust potatoes were great, too. I look forward to returning and trying their French Toast, Pancakes or a plain, yummy biscuit!

After being seated, I noticed how colorful and whimsical the decor was. But because it was so crowded, I didn't get a lot of pictures. I ordered the garden veggie scramble with the moon dusted potatoes and a side of beyond sausage. My guy ordered the waffle breakfast. The food was just as delicious as we remembered it to be. The star is always those creamy grits. I'm not sure how they make them, but I wish they would tell me their secret. The biscuits are always light and fluffy, and with the apple butter that comes with it, it's a match made in heaven. Pro Tip: I've ordered food from here courtesy of DoorDash but it's always been a disaster. The order was always missing random items or I received the wrong order. I do not recommend ordering through a 3rd party; go in person if at all possible.

We hired Kats Kreations in April 2025 for our May 16, 2026 wedding. Our wedding was Princess and the Frog themed, and we specifically wanted unique menu items, including smoked alligator and frog legs. After discussing our vision with the owner, Katrice ("Kat"), she assured us she could provide everything we requested, so we signed a contract. On May 2, Kat visited the venue and was provided with the necessary venue and coordinator information. Then, on May 14, she asked about arriving around noon on the wedding day to begin preparing for cocktail hour. I reminded her that cocktail hour was scheduled for 5:00 PM and dinner service for 6:00 PM, and she confirmed she would arrive accordingly. On the wedding day, I stopped by the kitchen around noon and noticed that most of the food preparation had not yet begun. Trusting that the caterer had properly planned her timeline, I focused on getting ready for the ceremony. Unfortunately, when cocktail hour began, none of the appetizers were available. Guests were left waiting while drinks were served, and my coordinator informed me that we would need to stall because the food was not ready. I was later told that communication with the catering team became difficult and that both my coordinator and members of my husband's family had to step in to address the situation. The situation only worsened during the reception. Dinner, which was scheduled to be served at 6:00 PM, was served over an hour late. By the time food was available, many guests had already left or were frustrated after waiting so long. To make matters worse, portions of the food were overcooked and burnt, which was extremely disappointing considering the amount of planning, trust, and money that had gone into the catering service. While I appreciate the effort that goes into catering a large event, the significant delays, lack of communication, and quality issues had a major impact on our wedding day and our guests' experience. When I asked for compensation, she left me on read. DO NOT HIRE BRIDES!

The bowl is a very creative and i loved the concept but the execution just need a bit of tweaking. The bowl was just too greasy. And I don't think the grease was only coming from the pork. The farro was about 1 or 2 minutes overcooked for my taste; however, I would try it again maybe with just the egg. I hear great things about thw smash burger so I'll come back and try my luck.
