Like every Cracker Barrel I've been to, this location was clean, welcoming, and served up delicious comfort food at reasonable prices. It's exactly what you'd expect--a cozy, homey atmosphere with hearty meals that hit the spot. Our server was a bit on the slow side, but to be fair, they were juggling a busy crowd. Despite the wait, they got everything right, and we left happy and satisfied. Overall, a solid Cracker Barrel experience--nothing extraordinary, but definitely dependable. I'd come back again!

Very good but not a Beignet!

Cracker Barrel 08-19-24 Had lunch with a couple of my Grandsons Here. Friendly staff and nice dining area. We tried the Biscuit Beignets. They are more of a Fried Biscuit. Very good but not a Beignet! We had 1 GRANDMA'S SAMPLER PANCAKE BREAKFAST Two Pancakes, two eggs and a sampling of Bacon, Sausage and Ham. With a side of Hash Browns and Pure Natural Syrup. Served hot and fresh. 2 GRANDPA'S COUNTRY FRIED BREAKFAST Two farm fresh eggs, Hash Browns, Country Fried Steak with Sawmill Gravy. Includes Biscuits n' Gravy. All served hot and fresh. It's been a while since I've been here. All in all I'll be back. Food was flavorful and good. We will be back.

This review is purely about the food because we had it for a holiday work lunch. The only thing I actually thought tasted ok was the biscuits. The food over all looked very unappetizing. The mac and cheese was burnt and honestly looks gross. I couldn't even manage to try it. The green beans looked gray and like they were old. All the food tasted as though the cooks who made this meal had never heard of salt. This was my first experience with Cracker Barrel and will also be my last

My first ever trip to Cracker Barrel was one year ago. This was my third time going. I think the frequency of my trips to different Cracker Barrel locations over a year shows how much I enjoy it. The food is well priced, filling, terribly unhealthy, but usually tastes so good. The service was not slow, quite unlike my experience at a location somewhere in Georgia I went to for my last visit. However, my friend ordered pancakes with pecans, but they arrived without pecans. I had the pancake tacos, which were delicious. They were buttermilk pancakes with eggs, bacon, and cheese inside. I had it with a side of fried apples, which were too sweet for my liking. Surprisingly, the food did not really make me full, which I think is concerning on my part as this is a restaurant that can give you heart disease, diabetes, and every other comorbidity. It took 10+ minutes for all of us to pay at the counter, as it took so long for the cashier to separate our orders for only four people. Last time I came here in a big group, the waiter gave us separate receipts that we could scan to pay, which I think should be the norm. This experience we had was unnecessarily cumbersome and time consuming.

Absolutely the worst food I've ever been served. My first and last time trying Cracker Barrel. The ham was so dry it was like chewing cardboard, the hash browns tasted like they were cooked in days-old grease, and whatever they tried to pass off as French toast was an insult to food. Nothing was fresh, nothing was edible. Straight trash. A complete waste of money and time. I will not be back. Wish there was a way to not give stars because it doesn't deserve one!

Amazing fried chicken. Batter flavor and texture were perfect, not too crunch, and stayed on the meat. Chicken was tender and full of flavor. I had corn muffins, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes for the sides. The meal was only $12.99, and I felt the quantity and quality was a great value. Can't wait to go back for more. Let's not forget our great waitress MJ, she was very attentive to our needs, and I will request her section again.

Great dinner we went there for our anniversary dinner. This is our go to place for many occasions…read more As usual we had the Wild West Shrimp as our appetizer which is to die for. We have never been disappointed no matter which restaurant we have eaten at. Now for the main course my wife's favorite is the Flo's Filet and we have it butterflied because she likes it well done. Along with mashed potatoes, and a salad. I had the Renegade Sirloin with the shrimp, Rice pilaf and a salad. I ask for no seasoning on my steak because their seasoning is heavy in salt and not good for HBP. Steak came as requested somewhat asked for Medium and it came out Med Rare. It was good and ate it the way it was. Did not want to send it back and wait while my wife was eating. I also had a bowl of the Lobster chowder and it did not disappoint that is for certain. Now the Salad this was over the top. There is a guy that just makes salads we asked because they were so perfect not a wilted piece of lettuce, all the veggies were perfected also. The bowl when out comes to you is so attractive the way it is set up. This could almost be a meal with the chowder and Wild West Shrimp alone. Keep up the great work, also sent our compliments back to the salad maker.

I've been wanting to try this place, so was happy to finally make it out here with good company. The food came out fast and was flavorful for each plate with each bite. I'm not sure if our server was frazzled in working with us because she kept coming back to our table, with a total of 4 times asking what our drink orders were. They weren't very complicated to begin with - a child's chocolate milk, 3 waters, a strawberry lemonade, spiked strawberry lemonade, and patron dragonfruit marg. The second time she came back, this time with a notebook to take our order once again. We repeated it with somewhat less enthusiasm. But then, once she came again for the 3rd time - she brought what looked like 2 Arnold Palmer's with the kid's chocolate milk and 2 waters. At that point we changed one of our drinks and repeated the request for water, since she said she also didn't bother telling the barista to make the alcohol drinks since she wanted confirm yet again with us what our drink order was. She finally got it at that point and the rest of our drinks came shortly after. In the end when we were paying for the bill, a similar forgetfulness? experience occurred. We had to ask for a larger to go box twice until she finally brought it because she kept forgetting whenever she walked past our table. Overall, I would return to try another dish here, but would prefer a different - hopefully more attentive - server.

He recommended the upstairs dinning room if you want it to be romantic evening. Agree 100% when we left you could hardly hear your self talking. They also have a nice outside area which would be nice in spring/summer time. Our waitress was Riley who has been with them for 2 years and was very knowledgeable about the menu. She was spot on the whole night. Had our drinks my wife the Appleton and I had Dewars and soda. Bartender knows their stuff and does not skimp. Appetizers were Risotto Tots, Very good, also to large crab cake with remoulade sauce, excellent. Shrimp scampi was excellent and very filling. They have a very diverse menu for varying appetites. Highly recommend eating at this establishment. 5 stars plus. Keep up the great work.

Since it's a small space and echoey, we could not hear ourselves over the group of people talking. Drinks: We started with the Queen Bee cocktail and a red wine. The cocktail was good but I didn't feel the mixture of flavors worked well for my taste. I can't recall the name of the wine but it was a nice wine to pair with red meat. Appetizers: we started with the fried green tomatoes and the Caesar wedge salad. The tomatoes were a little bland and came out cold (not sure if that was on purpose?). The wedge was good but was slathered in dressing which made it a little too rich. *Side note: I realized after we left that complimentary bread was mentioned on the appetizer menu, but I'm unclear if we had to ask for that...? It was never offered nor brought out. I decided against ordering the French baguette because I assumed there was complimentary bread. Entrees: I had the Ravioli Diablo and my husband tried the Sea Bass special that came with clams, mussels and lobster ravioli. The Ravioli Diablo was just OK, kind of a small portion. For the special, he liked the mussels but thought the sea bass was a little overdone. In hindsight, there was a lot going on with that plate; the ravioli was a bit out of place and it could've used a nice risotto or rice instead. Dessert: we tried ordering Creme brulee but they were out so we ordered the "brown butter" cheesecake instead...I'm including the description from the menu and a picture of the bare cheesecake loaf I received with no toppings (I took the picture after my husband took a bite). I'm actually most disappointed about this since I was hoping it would be the part of the meal to make up for the mediocrity of everything else. "Vanilla bean brown butter with candied pecans and soft whipped cream" Honestly I tried to be optimistic but it was overall not the experience I was hoping for. Especially for a $200 bill.

Tonight we had ordered our usual and asked for our steak orders to be put in after we received appetizer. Appetizer came which seemed like leftovers from someone else's order and they weren't even warm and tasted like old grease. Then our steaks arrived but we hadn't even had our salads yet. Well a little while after we got the steaks here comes the salads which usually arrive well before the steaks do. And to top it all off the margaritas tonight royally sucked. If it weren't for the kicker shot of tequila I don't think there was any alcohol in it and it was so sweet it was pretty nasty tasting. "greeter" looked and sounded annoyed when we came in, our table for 2 was countered with, "you can sit in the bar". i know they need to clean, but its an hour til closing. so we declined and asked for a table. hostess appeared confused, and we were too, after some back and forth, she grabbed silverware and took us to a table. no rolls server was prompt & brought drinks and took our order. we asked about rolls and were told "IF any came up he'd bring some". awhile later he brought out some that were hard, dark & obviously reheated - not good. food came out, medium steak was well done, but we decided to roll with it due to time. top to bottom the worst meal ever at a roadhouse - steak was on us though since we opted to keep it. server at least looked like he was trying. he did bring out fresh rolls towards end of our meal. i know we arrived towards end of day, but it never occurred to me that roadhouse wasnt up to the challenge. so maybe 2 stars is a bit harsh, but thats all our experience rated.
