Weeks later my wife comes home, looks at the house, and says she loves it. Absolutely no buyers remorse about the money we spent. It was worth every penny. They not only fixed the items worn with age but what the original builder failed properly accomplish. The house is now wrapped, has new exterior insulation, hardie siding, gutters, soffits, trim boards, and is finished expertly. Note: Leak Doctor's crew is outstanding, we had bad experience in the past with good company hiring bad workers, but when i read the other reviews, I guess Leak Doctor only hire the best workers in town and I can confirm that, they will go above and beyond.

They spoke very highly of the company, saying the owners were Italian, extremely knowledgeable, and true experts in building envelope investigations. Based on that recommendation, we booked an inspection without hesitation. Unfortunately, when the inspection took place, we realized the company had changed ownership. The new owner and his assistant performed what appeared to be a very superficial inspection. My husband works in the oil industry and regularly reviews thermal imaging reports. As soon as we received the report, it was immediately obvious that it had been prepared by someone with very limited knowledge of building envelope science and thermography. We asked our friends to share the reports they had received from the previous owners, and the difference was night and day. The quality, level of detail, and technical understanding were on a completely different level. We eventually contacted the former owner. Out of respect for his request, I won't share the details of our conversation, but he pointed us in the right direction to obtain the professional help we needed. I debated whether to write this review because I generally don't like leaving negative feedback. However, I believe the current ownership is benefiting from the reputation built by the original founders while providing a completely different level of service. I'm a retired lawyer, and frankly, that's probably fortunate for them because we simply want to put this experience behind us. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. The current Leak Doctor has nothing in common with the founders or the reputation they worked so hard to build. Exercise caution before hiring them

I currently have them repairing the sidewalk around our office. What impresses me about Jarrod and his crew is not just the quality of work, but the promptness with which they address your issues. The level of customer service with which you are provided is outstanding. Site Supervisor, Brandon Diakow and his team are mindful of tenants, go out of there way to keep work areas clean, take the time to explain to concerned tenants the work they are doing and are cognizant of the fact these are people's live/works areas. The level of care with which you are provided is unexpected and the attention to detail in their work is incredible.
