A Truly Well-"Craft(ed)" Spread for My Mom's Celebration of Life Our family expresses our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Toni-Ann Yates and Craft Catering for doing a truly phenomenal and perfect job with catering my late mother's Celebration of Life event yesterday. It was a large event with around 150 guests, but Craft made the catering look effortless and flawless. We chose the grazing table and mini dessert trays to have both savory and sweet "heartier" snacks/finger food for guests along with a beverage station. The grazing station had such a fresh, delicious and aesthetically-appealing selection of "heartier" snacks such as fresh fruits and veggies, dips, nuts, crackers, pretzels, meats, cheeses, and garnishes such as olives, artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, etc. Many guests especially loved the roasted and grilled veggies-zucchini, yellow squash, eggplant, and asparagus. My favorites were the homemade dips served in bread bowls! The staff was so on top of replenishing items that were getting eaten, and the table was always full of food, even with 150 hungry guests munching! The mini dessert trays were spectacular! The desserts were delicious and homemade, and each tray had such a vast and unique assortment of different desserts-cookies, brownies, bars, layered desserts, cheesecake, rice krispie treats, ricotta cookies, italian cookies, lemon bars, etc. There definitely was something that would have appealed to everyone because it was such a diverse and large assortment of sweet treats! We had so many guests comment to us, raving about how good the food was, what a great selection it was, etc. It was truly most impressive and perfect for the type of event and the time (afternoon, between lunch and dinner) that it was-it was just perfect! Toni-Ann was so kind, patient, understanding, accommodating, responsive, and flexible to work with too-I cannot leave this part out! It was really meaningful to our family, esp considering the type of even this was (sad, unfortunately) and also the fact that for an event like this, getting an accurate or even accurate-ish guest count is not easy. We did an online RSVP system, but still, we struggled to get answers from many guests, and Toni-Ann was very understanding about this and gave us great insight and advice about how to best handle a situation like this from a catering perspective, which was invaluable and so greatly appreciated! We give our highest recommendations of Craft to prospective customers and will definitely use Craft again for our future catering needs! We recently used Craft Catering not only for our wedding day, but also our rehearsal dinner. Both experiences were perfect! Toni-Ann, Gloria, Olga and their whole crew were incredible! We used Craft Catering at The Links at Hemlock Creek for my daughter's baby shower this Memorial Day weekend. From the moment I first contacted Toni, she was so accommodating and made the whole planning process simple. She was always available to answer my many questions, and if she couldn't be present, she made sure that Rachel or Gloria oversaw all our needs. They took care of the table and chairs, the table linen order, and set up and clean up. The venue was beautiful and the menu options had something for any group. People could not stop raving about the tender Chicken Francaise, Baked Ham, and creamy Mac and Cheese. Their dessert menu is amazing. I personally recommend the ricotta cookies. Craft Catering saved the day for my twice postponed wedding, originally set for May 2020, but joyously celebrated in the utmost style and taste in May 2022. The staff are fantastic: knowledgeable, sweet, interested in personalizing the experience for each couple, capable, thoughtful and talented. The price is more than fair for the excellence they provide in all domains. We worked off site in a venue unfamiliar to them, and the whole affair was carried off beautifully. We just held our daughter'a bridal shower tea there at The Links for 40 guests and have had rave reviews from our guests, particularly about the food and venue which looks out over the pond there. Toni-Ann and Craft's staff helped me and my family organize high school graduation party for my daughter. Toni-Ann made the planning process beyond easy. Her attention to details and knowledge regarding party planning is uncanny. The venue is perfect for intimate or larger gatherings. Outdoor patio and lawn area around it was perfect for kids play and lawn games for teenagers. As far as food, it was simply delicious.
