A fast and printed estimate was handled by Clay Hall who is a personable, professional and knowledgeable "service advisor" at the company. I made an appointment to have the repair done and was pleased with the entire process from intake to delivery. Their lobby is comfortable and clean with free coffee, soft drinks and tea. Clay kept me informed while my car was in the shop and met me in person when I arrived to pick it up after the repairs were done. Well Melanie Jason documented that car was dirty that it would be washed & reinspected. So did he lie? Did it not get washed & reinspected? I'm sure he did, because you guys called me about the bumper? Is that when Mike called me about my bumper...if we wanted to pay $400? I'm saying $400 because that is what he quoted me over the phone; when he said there was a Trailer hitch indentation; but never sent me pictures! Yes, we paid $350 because my Husband went to go see the bumper, since we KNEW there was no trailer hitch indentation!!! There was "Rock dents" from the road. You say it was absurd that Fernando told me about me complaining to Canada! Well he did! I specifically asked him in ENGLISH that I would not leave this issue unsettled; I would make a complaint, when he said Canada. Why would I then tell him I didn't care that it was in Canada! That I wanted a phone number or email in Canada! I'm sure he understands English!!! At that point he had lied already! When I insisted on the email/phone number to Canada... he had no choice but to give me your card! He never said, the boss is & so she will be in tomorrow!!!! I confronted him & asked him about you!!! Like I said look at your security cameras! Lady, you can defend Fernando until you turn purple. I know what he said! My Son heard what he said; but it's not CONVENIENT for you to be on my side! We are all human and mistakes happens; you may have great reviews in the past and possibly get them in the future but that does not negate the fact that one of your employees made that scratch on my BMW !!!!!! YOU as the "BOSS" REFUSE to HONOR your staff Documentation & REFUSE to DO THE RIGHT thing! That is what absolutely makes me so upset! I have had my BMW for a few months! Late April 2021 I walked out early to my parked car to find that someone during the night had sideswiped my driver's side from rear bumper along both back and front door all the way to the front fender without of course so much as "I'm sorry" note. I contacted my insurance agent and was offered some options which I chose Craftman Collision - Long Beach. Josh and Jason were my team and did an excellent job of informing me of what would be required to put my automobile back into a much better appearance. I was promised by Jason I would be kept informed as to the progress once I left my car with him and he called me regularly (over two weeks) to let me know how the repair was going which I appreciated greatly. I was accommodated for my Enterprise car rental by this team both for initial delivery and for drop off when no longer needed. I'm hovering between 3 stars and 4 stars. On one hand, Josh and CC went above and beyond the call of duty, doing things they didn't need to do with my car, which makes me want to recommend them to anyone and everyone. On the other hand, it was extremely frustrating with long delays for communication, and frustration dealing with Josh at times. I left my car on Monday and nearly a week to Friday goes by with no response. I am patient, but after a week *I call the owner* to get any response. Now I get companies are busy, and it's Christmas, so I let it slide. I also kept getting told that I would have to pay the deductible when my insurance company said I wouldn't. For some reason, I had to be the coordinator multiple times which shouldn't be my job (I was told to contact my insurance adjustor... which I already did...three times. Really, they should've taken some initiative). Already not to a great start. It was clear he didn't want to talk and was too busy. Either way, we did finally go through everything. I finally greenlit the windshield (which was a nice favor of Josh to help on that front with a better price), but he's on a vacation. Fine. That's cool. It's Monday, and he's back. For three days I kept asking for the info to proceed with the windshield, to which he ignores and keeps acting like I'm asking about fluid (I was trying to give them more business but that's fine I'll go somewhere else for it), which I only asked once. "I already told you we don't do fluids." "What do you want?" and "I have done everything you ask." Every time he sends a similar response twice to my email for some reason. I was extremely close to calling the manager *again* (2nd time), because I couldn't proceed with the windshield after asking multiple times explicitly and wasn't getting anywhere (and going back to the fluids for some reason). So, time passes and I finally get the car. I was already thinking a bad review. In fact, I was planning on it. I wasn't pleased. But, I saw the car. Josh really did step up. Not only the headlights fogging was done for free. But the entire front bumper was completely done, not just the accident portion. The door on the other side was given touch-up paint which was very nice. Battery was charged up. It was washed, and the interior was moderately detailed. I was impressed. But then I mention the right headlight popping out, which I pointed out prior, stating it was due to the accident. He kept arguing saying it was fine, reassuring no water would get in (it was raining that day of all days). But I clearly wasn't happy as it stuck out a lot aesthetically, and I didn't feel comfortable with the light sticking out that much (rain or otherwise). So after he left, I was going to talk to the manager/owner a *third* time. He comes back and then insists on doing it, knowing I would talk to Melanie. So it's done, and after a few questions, I'm on my way. He tells me later it was a courtesy to do the lights. Now, I do appreciate going above and beyond for other things mentioned; that's a courtesy (one I really sincerely appreciate. It is the reason it gets 4 stars). The headlight sticking out, however, was *literally* part of the accident- so it does rub me off a little the wrong way (if they don't want to put in the report, fine). All-in-all, I have mixed feelings. Josh went above and beyond (as well as CC) when it came to the actual car, but the customer service is spotty at best. It constantly nearly veers off road into an accident (see what I did there?). I decided **despite** the aggravation, long delays, and somewhat combative nature of trying to get things done that nearly ended with multiple calls to the owner/manager, I would give 4 stars instead of 3. The end result is what ekes this to 4 stars. But, it simply can't be great due to the frustrating service. A restaurant with great food but bad service is still debatably bad. An auto-shop with great car repair/body shop work, but mediocre and splotchy service, can only be "good" and not "great." While I'm not against coming back, I'm somewhat reserved. read more

Jason and Fernando were great. Great service and customer service. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected. I like the texts that were sent to my phone that stated the progress of my vehicle and when it was ready to pick up. When I picked up my vehicle it was super shiny, inside was cleaned and sprayed with sanitizer, which had a nice smell. I found out later it was a guava scent.
