We worked closely together to design a new internal layout which included relocating most of the walls, the staircase, changing the use of many rooms, new M&E, and much more....all with the intent of making the best of the extraordinary harbour views from its three balconies. At just 75 sqm floor area, we treated it like designing a new interior of a yacht because we needed to make the best use of every small space. Ralph's experience and skill shone through; he was thoughtful, proactive, communicative and creative. He introduced me to a building contractor and helped put together the entire project team. And finding a team is not easy these days! Ralph was hugely tenacious in successfully finding a specialist staircase design and manufacturing firm to create and install the centrepiece of our property.
