I'm surprised this place did not pop up or exists on Google Maps but yet it's got reviews on yelp. Rest assured that this place is open but it's just an antique store mainly. Distoric features a wide array of artifacts of nostalgia here. It's a very small store too so you shouldn't be here too long and it's a bit away from the downtown area so you might pass this place up without realizing it but it's a great place to check out. The Crafty Peddler is a very nice shop with plenty of interesting things. I found an old weather vane and a great price. Be sure to visit up stairs, that's where all the good stuff is. Take some time to visit with Barbara, the owner. She is a local treasure! read more

Cute shop! Lots of little things you'll want to buy for yourself or as gifts. The woman working when we stopped in was super friendly and happy to share information about the goings-on about town. I was happy to find a magnet of the painted mural that's on the side of the building from when it was a saloon over 100 years ago, too. You'll surely find yourself a nice souvenir here. This little shop is a hidden treasure full of little treasures in old downtown Jonesborough, Tennessee right off Main Street beside the old Courthouse! There are two floors of fabulous gifts, delicious candles, farmhouse, country, vintage, antique style, shabby chic, artisan jewelry, stoneware trinket boxes, and a Christmas section! The precious shop owner is fun and funny and kind. You will find many goodies at the Crafty Peddler. I love the old brick Mail Pouch mural on the building also. Parking right in front.
