WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE ATTORNEY. PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW. Do yourself a huge favor and save your money by finding any other attorney in the area. Craig and his administrative assistant (NOT EVEN A PARALEGAL) Ashley, are by far two of the worst professionals I have ever worked with. In the initial consultation, he was sexually embarrassing and provocative to his assistant, by calling her his "work wife," and then proceeded to flaunt his salary of $250,000 a year to us... We thought it was strange, but it was fine. Every time you call his office, the receptionists sound like they are 7 years old, they have no idea what is going on or what they are talking about, zero phone etiquette or business setting experience. When I hired him, we gave him his payment in the form of a check, which he cashed immediately. I did not hear from him for another 7-10 days, until I finally called looking for Craig or Ashley. They had forgotten to do my paperwork to serve the other party. They served the other party the necessary papers, that was fine. Then I did not hear from them again for weeks, I finally found out my court date. On the way to my court date, I had to fly from Denver to Dallas, my car broke down on the way to Denver, and had to reschedule my court date. Craig states that it was "not his problem." I did not hear from Craig or Ashley for weeks again, I had to find out my new court date by calling the court MYSELF. By the way, I have not heard from Craig this entire time, only 2 emails from Ashley/Assistant. I was notified that Craig was on vacation and that Ashley took a week off because she was sick? Also, not once during this entire three month process, did I ever receive any form of advice, help, assistance, or proper correspondence. And I mean ZERO ADVICE. They were iffy about my case the entire time and never reached out to me until I threatened to fire them. Then Craig IMMEDIATELY responds to my email, LOL... Very rude, unprofessional, and laughable attorney. With a 2 week notice, Craig withdraws himself from the case, which is fine, because I gave this guy 'X' amount of dollars to literally do nothing to help me in any way possible. I would have been better off representing myself in court or hiring a gorilla as my attorney, as they are synonymous in intellect. Do not waste your time, money, or a headache on this guy, he is a joke of an attorney, and absolutely the worst choice you could go with in Marshall, TX & all surrounding areas. We are filing reports to the BBB, Yelp, Google, and any other way we can review our absolutely horrendous experience with this law office. This attorney provides no advice, thinks of himself as your priviledge, and will simply cash your check and then have his administrative assistant email you a couple times.
