He said no charge!!!? I wanted to pay at least the service call, and he again stated, 'No Charge'...Wow, honesty, quick service, went out of their way to try and accommodate my schedule... These guys had to come out twice to replace a toilet. The first guy had to drill and grind out…read morebolts and drill into concrete and left a coating of dust on everything in the bathroom. He left curly steel pieces from drilling steel on the floor and spots of tacky (wax?) patches on the floor. All of that got tracked out onto the carpet by him. He also over tightened the toilet hold down nuts and cracked the porcelain on both sides. The next guy brought out a replacement toilet, made his own mess and I left two walls covered with grey dust for two feet from the floor. He wiped concrete dust into a thick concentration at the floor /wall transition where it hardened and was very hard to get out. The floor was filthy with dark dust and gritty dust fell on everything in the bathroom which he left as is. He too tracked dirt out onto the carpet. Absolute slobs!
