Susan initially represented my ex-wife in our divorce proceedings, but her handling of the case was…read moredisorganized and unprofessional, leading to the retention of a new attorney to finish it. She was unable to settle anything, and her approach was chaotic. Throughout the process, Susan instructed her client to disregard court orders, stop providing financial assistance, and even lie. Here are a few points based on my experience: Do not provide her office with discovery until she provides it to you first. Do not trust everything she says--ensure all agreements are in writing and filed with the court. Listen to your attorney and avoid trying to be reasonable with Susan. Be assertive, and honestly, you don't need an attorney to go up against her. Based on my experience with Susan, I would NOT recommend hiring her for any criminal case or even Family Court matters. Also, her response time is poor, she is rarely in the office, and she doesn't work on Fridays. Good luck!
