We were looking to use a local insurance agent when we moved to the area because we believe in…read moresupporting local businesses. However, the service we received on numerous occasions was less than average. We were recently rear ended and had a small claim. It was difficult to get in contact with the actual insurance agent. We left several messages and when we finally we able to talk with him, we asked a question regarding our claim. When he thought he had us on hold, we heard in the background, "can someone else take care of this guy, I don't have time for his question right now." We have had zero accidents in 15 years except for the recent accident that was not our fault. We received a letter from our insurance company stating we had been dropped from the company. No explanation, except to contact our agent. We contacted Phil Tucker four days ago and still have not received a call back. We will be taking our home, auto, boat and motorcycle insuance elsewhere.
