I was initially impressed by the cleanliness of the facility and that it was quiet. 2 ladies were leaving and I was the only one there. My 1.5 load ended up being 3 loads because the washers are small (and pricey). I set my timer for 30 min on my phone after started the three washers and went to the gas station to get more money since I realized $10 wouldn't be enough to dry them too. When I returned, there was 3 min left on my timer and a lady and man in the building. I realize the man is pulling my clothes out of the two dryers and has started tossing them into a basket with other people's clothing. I inform him that these are my items and he tells me I can't leave them there because other people are waiting on the washers and he is the janitor. I look around and there is still only one other person there besides me and the janitor at 3 pm on a Tuesday. I tell him I don't appreciate him going through my laundry as I'm picking my clothes out of a basket with other people's clothes mixed in! He tells me that he doesn't know why anyone would touch my underwear anyways. I told him I would be calling the owner and he pointed out the number on the wall and told me to bring it on. I couldn't believe this was happening! I gathered up my wet clothes, loaded them in my car and he tells me to leave and go to another laundry mat. I called the owner. Spoke with the secretary first who was really nice. The owner gets on the phone and tells me that he hasn't had any complaints on the janitor which I realize has to be a lie by reading these reviews. He then tells me that he has signs saying not to leave laundry. Really? Who is going to sit there for hours in this very warm place with no bathroom just to keep an old man from going through their things. I will never step foot back in this place. Creepy as hell! Especially how mad this man got when he got caught red handed. I asked the owner to review the video and he told me there is no audio.
