Recently had Craig straighten out a recumbent trike project for me. A local bike shop was hired to install a 500 watt motor kit ,inspect and adjust shifter and brakes. They left out an integral sensor to facilitate shifting. I got it from shop unable to ride it. Craig went through it, replaced the corroded shift cables, installed shift sensor and basically did everything the first shop was hired to do. Went to the website to schedule a repair appointment. Got the confirmation that my request was submitted and that once the appointment was accepted I would receive a final confirmation. Proposed time came and went. No response what so ever. No one even bothered to reach out and ask if I would reschedule for another date and time. Just nothing. Decided to just go elsewhere. Craig is great. I've had my SONDORS Rockstar for about 6 months and the mid drive motor started making louder than normal noises. SONDORS diagnosed the problem and recommended Craig. Kept me informed the throughout the repairs, and coordinated a scheduled drop off. Now to the bikes.. had two trouble problem bikes and one Electra assembly brand new in box. He resolved one issue on a cruiser and didn't even charge for it. Fixed the Raleigh Furley that other shops didn't even want to touch, even retapped the handle bars!! Delivered a pristine Electra, taking care to keep the saddle covered in plastic on the short ride over. I chose Craig's Kruisers to repair my bike based on the reviews. I asked for a quote and he responded in a timely manner. Offered an appt on Mon between 4-6pm. I said Tuesday was better for me and he agreed but didn't give me a time frame. I had to call him to find out. He responded he wasn't sure if he could make it that day but would call. He dIdn't. I decided to give him another chance and requested another appt. He set up today, Saturday at 5:00pm and didn't show up or call again. Definitely will not recommend him to anyone! The price was more than reasonable, the service was great, and everything was done professionally.
