I started going to Dr. Crain for relief of the nerve damage I suffered 12 years ago. After my scans I realized why I had been hurting so much. Dr. Crain helped relief that pressure and pain, over the course of a few months I had been seeing her, dramatically. I am not 100% just yet but getting there. I love that she takes the time to teach me stretches, encourages me and holds me accountable. She genuinely wants to help and it shows!! I am someone who hurts on a daily basis. My muscles are always extremely tight and tense. But, when I walked out of there, man did I feel good.
