The bottom line is that he was extremely knowledgeable, professional and safe. Since the tree hung over my neighbor's house, I was very concerned about falling branches damaging his roof. He not only did exactly as quoted but he went above and beyond, getting on the neighbors roof and blowing all of the debris off that had built up over the years. He then took the time to clean out their gutters by hand, covered my pool while working and cleaned up every twig and hauled away all the wood.
