Hostile staff answers the phone much of the time, there are a couple of nice ppl in there. From what I saw, it seems a high turnover of staff. This former staff has also potentially puked their guts about my personal business to the gossip network. Never met my attorney until the actual DAY of my SSDI hearing. Whenever I needed to talk to him, I had to make an appointment that was scheduled weeks out & over the phone. If I had follow up questions to that conversation, it was deal w/ hostility & sighs & also potentially another 2 week wait for a PHONE appointment. They wanted ME (I'm disabled) to get all the records. What were those forms I signed saying you'd get paid if you did that & represented me? Never called my docs to inquire as to how he could bulletproof my case. I'm 56 & a 70% rated disabled veteran & he pulled a rabbit out of the hat & helped me get DENIED. Or to put it another way, it seemed as if he did everything he could do so I wouldn't get approved. Update- I'm receiving my disability no thanks to them. I was harassed by my neighbors and had to move. Turns out that was a good thing as I finally got a fair hearing after what seemed like a biased attitude from this attorney and a lot of foot dragging from the FL courts. I ended up w/ no attorney. Between arranging my move and being sick all the time I had no time to do anything but show up in the new state and hope for the best.

Consultation was with a lady that sounded like she just came off her lunch break and couldn't care less to speak with me about my consultation. They appeared to have good ratings but I have no clue how. They sent me a link to pay and sign the contract which I did the same day. Money cleared my bank account immediately. I thought cool as I was leaving on vacation and didn't want to have something extra to worry about. Days later I check my email to see if I had gotten some correspondence from my law team or questions for me to create my case profile. NOPE nothing the whole week- nothing but crickets. No welcome email, no portal access, no phone calls to inquire about me and the case, and not notice of representation. I wait a few more days which put me now at 10 days after taking my money and signed contract. Still absolutely nothing but silence and crickets. Talk about law firm . I call their office, and inquire about my case being now over 10 days from payment and executed contract- where i am greeted by name and verified my email and case information. I asked what is happening- where I was explained that this law firm is very short staffed and my case likely has been passed over due to low staff.. really, you told me your firm is low staffed and passed over my case after all this time and taking my money? I asked to speak with someone higher up, where I was told someone would reach out to me. I wait 24 hours, guess what? No one called or emailed me back... so I sent another follow up email after 24 hours... and ding ding ding... again NO response..... With such red flag after red flag with Holland Law Group- all I wanted was representation of my debt defense a person to speak with. I fired Holland Law Group- terminated them officially. I found another law firm that actually gave me the communication and time. Explainers things to me. After paying and signing up- within 30 minutes had a welcome email and the intake coordinator calling for case information. All within 30 minutes. Holland Law Group will have you waiting and ghosted after taking your money and signed contract. I called repeatedly to be taken off this e mail group, as they were breaching their clients confidentiality and it was a HIPPA violation. They were so busy they did not do it so .... I called these clients listed (as I was sent their phone numbers) and told them how their law firm was negligent and not ensuring their privacy. That solved the problem. Also they charged excess amounts of money for copying documents and could not account or show me the supposedly large amount of papers in my file. They listed numerous fees for delivery and pickup of documents by messanger, but then removed it when I questioned what was sent and received. Padding the bill I believe!!
