I ultimately decided to try their Brisket and eggs with a side of grits, as it's a new combo to me. Here is where I'd caution be patient - the food is made to order so there may be a wait. Once the food did arrive, and happy dance aside, I was pleased with my decision. The brisket was seasoned well and was more on the leaner side which I can appreciate to start the day and they eggs were perfect. Came here on a Sunday afternoon as it was very convenient to the downtown Greenville waterfalls. We seated right away and the restaurant was very clean. I would stick with their drinks on the menu. They have and can make what you like. However, the Tom Collins was not good to me. It's usually one of my favorite cocktails, but this one was not good. I ordered the Salmon Croquettes, there was one salmon patty and one biscuit patty covered in a delicious cream sauce on a bed of grits. It was scrumptious. She was very sweet and kind of quiet but checked on us often and took good care of us. I had the Brisket and eggs and my wife ordered the Peach Cobbler Waffle. Amazing southern style dishes that will have you cleaning your plate but also after waiting over 2 and a half hours for 2 entres is unacceptable. I had to retrieve my own silverware and I got silverware for the two ladies sitting next to us as well as they stared at their plate with nothing to eat with.
