Cravings at Eastvale is a food hall next to 99 Ranch. Most of the restaurants inside specialize in Asian cuisine. I've tried the Japanese Handroll in the center of Cravings and that was delicious. I also enjoyed the Korean place. Other offerings include boba, a bar, a snack shop, a brewery, and an ice cream shop from what I remember. GREAT FOR GROUPS OR FAMILIES This is a great spot to come when you're with a group and can't decide on one restaurant. There's something for everyone here. And they are all at different price points. AMBIANCE I love how brightly lit and open this space is. There's a lot of natural light that comes in as well. Love that! They do have a few tables outside between Cravings and 99 Ranch. It's also nice and clean. SERVICE I especially liked the service from the young man at the ice cream shop next to Wushiland Boba. Most of the workers are really nice. And they keep the place clean. I've been here a few times and it's sad to see this place struggling. This place was pretty empty. And a lot of the establishment seem to be permanently closed, such as the oyster place and there used to be to be a Shabu / make your own noodles spot but Zeppin. I went today cos I was craving handrolls. Although there were no customers, the server at Zeppin was able to help & serve me. I did the 4 handroll set - which consisted of salmon, yellowtail, bay scallops, and crab handrolls. I wasn't feeling the crab and asked if I could substitute it. The server was happy to do so and I asked if I could replace it with salmon. The filling of the handrolls were okay. I wish they could have been more seafood filling. And the server was a little fast in serving me the next roll as I wasn't done with what I was currently eating. The only place that had somewhat of a decent amount of customers was the brewery place. And people coming and going to order boba. I hope this place picks up with their customers cos I like this place. read more

I tried contacting the establishment's personal support but it doesn't work, so hopefully they see it here. Visited this past Sunday with my family around 4 and although the place was pretty empty, the majority, if not all the unoccupied tables were dirty! I asked the brewery if they could clean off a table for our family to sit at and the person mentioned there was custodial service that did that. After waiting for anyone to show up, the person working at Zeppin was kind enough to wipe a table clean for us. We were there for a few hours and saw people come and go because of the same issue. Please address this CRAVINGS staff, as I would hate to see another business not make it in Eastvale because of their lack of attention, staff and cleanliness. read more

It was easy to find parking. The food court is clean and well kept. There's like two drink places, a brewery, a handroll restaurant, and another Asian restaurant. You can order pizza, sandwiches, kids meals like tenders and burgers, and tacos on a kiosk and pick it up in a food locker. There's plenty of seating and a few arcade games like driving games and claw machines. Now here's my take on the place: if there were more food options, it would be more successful. The place has a lot of potential but upon entering, it's extremely underwhelming. My boyfriend ordered ramen, rice and gyoza from the Asian restaurant. I ordered a sandwich and two kids meals on the kiosk. We did not receive a receipt so I never got a confirmation number which is needed to open the food locker. The food locker also gives the option to put your phone number in if you don't have a confirmation number but when I put my number in, it said there was no order? I got charged for the food but didn't have a receipt to prove it. My boyfriend asked a lady at the brewery for help and she was able to find our food. Not sure what that was all about but I was glad she helped us. My sandwich bread was stale and old. It was all falling apart as I took a bite. It was so dry. There was only a bit of mustard and nothing else. Would not recommend. My kids' meals consisted of two tenders, fries, and an apple juice. Fries tasted like Carl's Jr fries and tenders were bland. Just straight up chicken without any seasoning. The other kids meal was a burger and fries. Meat patties were good and brioche bun was nice but that's it. No veggies, no sauce, and cheese is an extra dollar. My boyfriend really liked his food. It was even brought out to him. Overall, I would not recommend it. Maybe once they get more vendors in or fix their food locker situation, things will get better but as of now, food was not good and having to bug random employees for help with your order is not it. read more

This place has so much potential and the idea of replicating a food hall in this area would be great. Yet, not many realize that it has a variety of food to try and it's a neat place to hang out for the night. My fiancé and I have been here numerous times. We enjoy the sushi place (before ownership changed) and the beers here from Monkey King Brewery. We've also had Wushiland and the Dubu Tofu place nearby. We've peruse the gachapon machines, too. There is a bar we have yet to try. I think that it's clean and the restrooms are routinely checked. The lack of food options and the smell after parking your car is probably what causes the lack of foot traffic. I think the lack of advertising is what contributes, too. We come here from time to time. We study and even do our work here. For weekend nights, there's not too many people either. I think the next thing on our to do list is to come on Tuesday for Trivia night. I'd say give it a try. Not a bad area. read more

Checked this place out for the first time today. It definitely has the Haven City vibe going, but it is noticeably smaller with less food offerings. I really liked the openness of the layout though. It's easy to find what you're looking for and several places have an open layout where you can watch your food being made. Bomb food hall! Been here a couple times and the food always hits the spot. Handroll by Zeppin, Dubu Tofu House and Monkey King Brewery are the go-to spots. The Toro, Yellowtail, Salmon & Crab hand-rolls were good and so was the Bulgogi Combo, Wang's Pork Cutlet and Bulgogi Philly Cheesesteak! The concept is great, the place has potential. It wasn't the cleanest and well kept, especially for a food hall. The floors were sticky, seats were sticky, tables.... Sticky and dirty. There seems to be no cleaning services in the facility. No body to ask questions, no napkins to be found anywhere. Food wise, my family and I tried monkey king, the food was terrible, the beer was good. The staff were friendly but not really around, we had to wait a good while. The ordering concept is strange, I was put off by the lack of staff and having to order my food from a kiosk then pick it up from a locker around the corner. Some of the Asian restaurants look promising. We'll be back to give them a try at some point but probably won't eat at the food court and just take it to go or sit outside. I hope the place improves because it would be nice to go on the weekends with the family as we do live close by. read more

Good variety of foods here, this place is like a smaller Anaheim Packing District. It is probably more fun, too, as one corner of the food hall is filled with vintage arcade and pinball machines. We ate at the Korean food kiosk and it was good if not great. The phone reception is really poor in this area, but this food hall does have free Wi-Fi for guests. It also had a peaceful and quiet atmosphere when we went. I would expect the atmosphere to become more lively as the food hall becomes more popular, but on the other hand I like that it's not as annoyingly overcrowded as the Anaheim Packing District. read more

A very spacious and modern spot to just enjoy a good meal, a drink, or even study (there are some single tables where you can do some work), though it will depend when you come here, but it's a very chill place, not crazy noisy. They have a few options here for food, like Korean food, small bites, and a drink and boba shop. Other than that, not a whole lot of food options. I'm honestly just giving it a higher rating because the seating and aesthetics is nice. If you're hungry, you may not find the food that will make you happy. I have been excited for the opening of the Cravings by 99 Ranch - Eastvale foodhall to open up ever since the grand opening event for 99 Ranch East. Their entrances are facing each other with the Cravings building to the left and the grocery store to the right. I was here during their soft opening and I was able to experience 4 amazing concepts: OSTREA - A raw bar and seafood restaurant concept. Amazing!! Love that we have this high level collaber of seafood coming to the area. Oysters are a must. I also love the clam chowder. Will be coming back for the seafood towers! MURA SHABU SHABU - Simple menu and simple concept executed with the highest quality ingredients. Delicious and healthy. Monkey King Brewing - Cheerssss!! Grab a brew and wander around the food hall or sit there and enjoy the games. I enjoyed all of the samplings I had here and looking forward to coming back for more. LIMA NIKKEI - Luxurious open face handrolls. So sexy and elegant and of course yummy! Enjoyed every bite. I will write detailed reviews on each of the businesses! So excited to come back for more. Came here during a soft, soft opening so can't really rate. This was more of a very early preview and they had the core restaurants there. So far there's Mura shabu shabu, Lima Nikkei, which is like a Japanese-Peruvian sushi bar, Osterea - an oyster/seafood spot with a full bar, and a Monkey King Brewery, which served American style food. There's a boba shop and Nobibi ice cream, Vietnamese and something that looked like a fried chicken spot still under construction. Not gonna rate the food or service right now because they're clearly still getting their bearings, but what we did try was half good and half no bueno. The bad parts were mostly due to miscommunication and early day disorganization - things that can easily be fixed. We were able to chat with who I'm assuming was the GM and they were super nice. Very welcoming and visibly enthused about this project. Overall vibe of the space was nice. Clean, modern, plenty of seating and a huge outdoor patio. I'm wondering if you can drink out on the patio since the area is technically gated. The potential is definitely there and I hope this place does well. The place is really cute. Reminds me of liberty station in SD. It was very empty on a Saturday midday. We found Monkey King, it was ok. Their beer selections were good. We ordered bao buns and Monkey King burger with an order of tater tots. My sister felt the fries were hard and refried. I did not realized the bao buns are fried. They looked yummy. The flavor is there but the buns were too oily for me. The oil went down the bottom so it just didn't make the taste pleasant so I only ate the meat portion. The burger had flavor, nothing special about it. The service was great, she was very nice and attentive for sure. However, next time we will pick somewhere else. Only spot we have tried so far. The cold weather called & a desire for Hot Soup answered. My Hunger for something warm & filling brought me to my 1st visit to Maru Shabu Shabu at the new eatery, "Cravings," by 99 Ranch in Eastvale, CA. Day Visited: Saturday Night (7:15pm) Menu: Simple, Fresh, Straight-forward. No Vegetarian Options for the Hot Soup. Atmosphere: Very well lit and open eating area. They have some large TVs which allow customers to watch sports games while enjoying their hot meal. Cleanliness: Everything was well managed and organized as far as Shabu Shabu goes (very important). Taste: Excellent taste, and the broth was well balanced without too much salt. Spice levels are to taste as customers mix their soup/broth on their own. Customer Service: It wasn't too crowded, but there were definitely many other customers. The staff did their job, but I found it odd that none of the staff had a welcoming pose/attitude (No Smiles at all). I don't expect waiting staff to entertain by any means, but a warm meal always goes better with local smiles and positive attitude. Restroom: Very clean and well maintained. Advice: The Venue is fairly large, and I think a musician/dj of some type would help draw and also keep customers comfortable, which would probably lead to high drink sales and maybe birthday groups to celebrate their big day at Cravings. Super fun place to hang out with friends or go with family! They had a free event where you could get face paintings or balloons and we got this super cute heart wand + cat. The tofu house is SO yummy but the boba was not good and way too sweet even for my sister who loves sugar [ im sorry :( ]. We got the dumpling tofu soup + bulgogi combo. Highly recommend both but would switch the dumplings for a meat next time! :) Also, LOTS of seating/lounge areas inside and outside ! Kinda hard to see but we sat outside in the balloon picture on some benches. Pretty comfy with lots of shade. read more

We ate at The Coop and Deli across from the Monkey King Brewery. We ordered 2 sandwiches and 2 orders of chicken. It took 30 minutes to get our food and we had to order at the kiosk because no one was behind the counter. We couldn't ask questions about the spice level of the chicken or about the sandwiches. The sandwiches were decent but the chicken was super greasy and the crispy outside peeled right off when we picked it up. We spent close to $70 and I would have rather gone to chick fil-a and Jersey Mikes. read more
