A big 0 for how they run their business but I guess that's why their doors are still open because they are literally buying lower than low. And, we their customers are letting them do this. You're better off doing a yard sale or donating them to a shelter. Below is just one experience and my last... I went to Once Upon a Child today and after going through my things...they pulled out these items for themselves. 25 items altogether. So let's add up a few items...just for fun: Discovery tower toy is worth $80, Love 2 Learn Elmo $89, Paw Patrol plane/helicopter $75, Octonauts Pod $40, Five Paw Patrol cars (~$10/each), Toddler Puma shoes ~ $35, etc. Total Retail: $369 not including all the items...that's just ten items so far...and these are not outdated items btw...and no missing parts btw...and all in good to new condition btw...so don't BS the people with your reply to this honest and fair rating/feedback. *Do better by the very people who employ you(your customers)!!! After they used their fancy outdated good for nothing computer generated POS they came up with a total value of... wait for it... $11.80 Clearly I did not accept this ridiculous price and I let them know they need to update their computer. I know and don't expect to get the total value of even half that. I realize it's a business and they need to make money too. But, again look at the total cost of just the ten items above(15 of which I did not add)and can you make sense of their offer? The lady behind the cashier thought she could somehow justify this to which I just shook my head. No disrespect to the employees there who are just doing their job. I know they aren't the ones that set this price. I used to like it here way back...the Edmonton 99st location. I don't know about you but if I can get a brand new tee or shorts for my kids at Carters, Walmart etc for half the cost than why would I go thereThe staff were great in wishing me a good day. it's a long review but please read After purchasing over…read more$300 of clothing from the store in midtown I had trouble with the manager or superviser right from the start. The first purchases were okay but I had to take a pair of pants back that were obviously sized wrong, plus I needed a few more items. The tags were still on the pants but my husband had the receipt so I figured a straight swap for a small size. How wrong could I be! the pants I wanted were not in a smaller size but there was another pair slightly different ( a tie string) I liked them so I took them to the counter. I asked to exchange and told her I didn't have the receipt but we were on the store 2 days prior and she had served me.plus they still had the tags on Nope she was having none of it and refused to help where that was concerned, Trying not to be deflated by her attitude I agreed to bring them back to the store with the receipt. she eventually offered to put a pair of pants on the wall until I returned, in the meantime I purchased the rest of the items needed well I thought I had because I handed her a $100 bill and she declined it unless I gave her my ID! I have never come across this in all the years I've shopped. thankfully my friend changed the note for me so I was able to purchase them. I walked out the store feeling very frustrated and very dissapointed in the customer service I had recieved. all she kept saying it was company policy! Anywag I had agreed to go the next day with the reciept but unfortunately because I'm disabled and suffer acutely with pain I could not go until 4 days after to which I returned with my husband and receipt. Saturday August 31st. I managed slowly to get to the store still in terrible pain but was determined to exchange these pants! when we got there there was a sign on the door saying cash only , my first thought was oh boy she is going to be looking at a lot of IDs , anyway as I hobbled into the store a store representative asked if he could help so I explained that the lady had told me that all I had to say was you have pants put to the side with the name Chloe and that I could just exchange them, his answer was oh that won't hapoen not today!! the pants were still on the wall which she had hooked them up, so deflated again I went to the till. her answer was no I can't exchange them then complained I hadn't gone back when I said I would. I reminded her I'm disabled and we live out of town, she then proceeded to say I had put her in a a bad position. by this time I had enough, I repeated again my position and all I wanted to do was leave with the pants . she eventually agreed and just wrote the details down which she could of done in the first place but whatever I had my pants, everyone was paying cash but I didn't hear her ask for ID either. I will never go back to that store not ever .
