Dr Pesick-Caine is so nice and works well with our son. She tries to make things fun for him even though it's tough for babies at his age to understand what's going on! The front desk is as friendly as you'd expect - nothing impressive and they usually don't crack a smile but I can't hold that against this office because I've experienced this at every office in NE Ohio. We also saw Dr Robinson once in Dr Pesicks absence and she was very nice as well. Since merging with Cleveland Clinic I haven't noticed any real big differences except they now require more paperwork.

Doctors today are forced to run a very tight schedule but I never feel rushed. The staff has always been great.

I needed a PCP for My first job and he was located I'm Lyndhurst where I bought my new home. Dr Isakov is truely not only a special doctor with extensive knowledge...but a special person too!! His staff is very busy and are truely a pleasure to work with...from the Physician Assistants ...to The nurses...to the office staff...all top notch!! There is also a lab and urgent care in the same building owned by the same practice which makes it very convenient...Thanks Dr Isakov!!!!

I think the building itself is adequate but honestly a general office building. The lab services are fairly quick as long as you don't get caught in a bad time. The confusing part is they ask that you first go to an area to check in and do your insurance before going into the waiting room for lab work.

I can't say what all types of services/specialists gave offices here, however they do have a lab if you need blood work - which again is much easier to get in and out of than the lab in the atrium at the hospital. I had a great experience with the staff here and the office I was looking for was very easy to find and clearly labeled. It's technically 2 buildings that are attached so be sure to find out which building your medical professional is in, 1 or 2. If you do go in the wrong building though, it's really no biggie because again they are attached.

The patient support here is horrible. I really like CNP Allyson McLean. She is excellent but the…read morepolicies they have in place to provide support in cases where important medication / refills have expired is very poor. I suspect they are overbooking the good providers like Allyson. 6 months ago, i called them because i had 3 days left on my blood pressure medication and sent them a secure message asking if they could give me a few days worth of amlodipine to cover me until I could get in for an appointment. They absolutely refused to help. So I ran out of the medication for a few days until I could get it to see them. Recently I tested positive for covid 19 and called them around 4:15pm to see if I could get a virtual visit and prescription for paxlovid. Despite 3 calls and the UH help desk paging them twice, I never received a call back. Additionally, I sent them 2 messages via the MyChart secure messaging service and I didn't get a reply back to that as well. The concern is that when you really need them in a situation like Covid, they are too busy to get back to you in a timely fashion. Fortunately, I was able to see a CNP at CVS Minute Clinic this morning where I was given a covid antiviral. This is actually the 3rd time they have dropped the ball in this regard so I am done with their group. I will be finding a CNP or PCP elsewhere.

Also I have never had a blood draw that hurt...each time it was painless....I would not go anywhere else for this procedure...It is important to be respectful of the people who work there... and don't be rude to the person putting a needle in your arm :)
