They've been told they have restraining orders. Now the fact that I'm having constant interference in my life and constant intrusion in my life with restraining orders that were founded in 2018 and then extended by a hospital in 2021 I have tried to inform them to leave me alone. They've blocked me to my personal accounts and the bank doesn't understand how they were able to do it. They tried to close out my personal safety deposit box to rob me of my jewelry and personal effects such as my Cartier and my Meliska... They have blocked me to my disability paperwork by forwarding my mail illegally and continue to extort me for the things that they want even though they are not my legal counsel they never will be my legal counsel and they represent somebody I have a restraining order against that has an active warrant. They were hired to help with the divorce in June was fired August 1. One mediation. $1250 and nothing was solved. Gives me two invoices and his figures are wrong for the final balance. If you are looking to be frustrated, ignored, and treated rudely then this is the law office for you. Staff is rude. Poor communication. Often hear "the end of this week or next week" and they always seem to need "one more thing from us". This is a nightmare. They definitely DO NOT care. Currently on day 4 of attempting to get an update - everyday I'm told the attorney is on a call and when he's done I will get an update and call you back - I ask "Today you will call me back?" - they always say yes with no call back. Went into the office today in person to try to get somewhere and all I got was complete rudeness and still no answers. read more

After a month and a half and several hundred dollars finally got a conference call. He knew nothing about my case and kept complaining about the informational emails I sent, couldn't understand them. Tried to explain they were information on the support I had provided my wife and wanted alimony for that. He just complained about me 'overtalking' him and hung up. If you want to give him your money make sure it's funny money and not real, that's what he is and rude. Never met an attorney so rude. Stay away. This establishment is absolutely unprofessional. My husband and I are going through a divorce. The secretary choose upon herself to call my husband after hours, several times a day for over a month and say she was giving legal advice. We all know you don't give legal advice at 11:40 pm for several hours. Absolutely disgusting on her part! And then she proceeded to become friends with him on Facebook and send heart emojis on his post. This is NOT how establishment should treat their clients. My experience with Cray Law has left me traumatized. I have never been through court or had to hire an attorney before and I'm very sorry that i ever stepped foot in this place. Mitch will rob you of your money. He used up my whole retainer and did nothing for me. 3500 gone and I have nothing to show for it. I had to retain a new lawyer to clean up his mess. He failed to send me so many documents important to my case. He is rude, has poor bedside manner, severely lacks in communication, forgets to send you important documents, and was very narcissistic. I can't believe the comments he made to me especially about my daughter with special needs. I explained she walks on tippy toes, which is part of her health issues, and he suggested I tape her feet to the floor to try and get her to stop. Do not make the mistake of coming here. Bad enough that the secretary finds it humorous when someone is seeking legal advice, but one lawyer in particular that goes by the name Mitchel belittles clients intelligence as well as laughs at them when they don't know what a term means and acts like it's so much of an obligation for him to do his job and explain what legal terms mean. I wish I could give this firm negative stars. Worst experience ever. I recently went through a divorce which is gut wrenching enough without having to deal with the extremely rude staff and Mitchell Taylor. They were very condescending when I asked questions. They did not bridge the gap between "lawyer jargon" and everyday "jargon". I will give them one positive though. They were consistent. Consistently rude and arrogant. I don't give reviews for products or services online but my experience here was so horrible I thought others deserved to know & to be "warned" to stay far away from this place. I understand they fulfilled their "contract" by providing the bare minimum services required. However, I would never ever recommend this company or any of the staff here. Worst decision I've made this year was deciding to do business with these individuals who lack the ability to see things from their clients perspectives and assist/educate them accordingly.
