She has precision and pays special attention to detail. I brought my GF with me. She is very picky and after we were done she messaged me saying "best nails ever! " ( Joy did her nails ) my husband said the exact same thing when he saw mine! They have a huge selection/ variety of different nail art styles to choose from. Bring in a photo or let them help you decide. I got a combination of chrome and glass ( Mylar ) with a skull charm and a big bow charm on the other hand. Very pleased with the results. It took a bit longer then I would like, but the results were worth it and having my friend there getting hers done beside me made time go by quickly. The salon is very clean and well organized. Very hygienic. Lots of samples to chose from. Can't wait to bring my husband there with me for a pedicure ! ( boy does he sure need one ! ) The price for MY nails before tip was **153$ . She was great to let me know cost before proceeding ( which is awesome as many I have done to don't do this ) It may seem pricy but the quote "cheap is never good and good is never cheap" comes to mind. Last set of nails I got ( in Vegas at the spa at the Mirage ) were way more expensive, for basic nails that peeled, had bumps under one nail and no nail art at all. For what Lisa did, it was well worth it !! ** this does not reflect the price of ALL nail sets, I had gel nails, plus the chrome overlay, plus the "glass" /milar overlay (which she hand cut and placed on my nails ) plus 1 XL charm and another L charm both with crystals on them ) Very happy and will return and defiantly recommend! Everything is very clean and very spacious. They have many seats for pedicures and only four for manicures. It's more expensive than what I usually pay. All in including gel polish was approximately $60. My biggest complaint - parking. It was terrible and took me a half hour to find a spot. The salon is located just before the Granville street bridge. There are metered parking spots in front of the salon but they are very few. I probably will not go back only because of the lack of parking, cost and the no walk-ins. If you live close by it maybe a good go to place.

My esthetician did her work, but that was it. I felt like I was just one of her tasks for the day. They do their job okay, but their customer service is lacking. Yelp reviewers were right about this place -- clean, nice job, friendly staff, and prices were very comparable to other nail salons! The owner, Lana, was there and was super friendly. I had to wait about 10 minutes (as I did not have an appointment), but I didn't mind as I was not in a rush and it gave me time to look for my nail polish colour. She also offered me some tea or water while waiting, which I declined since I wasn't thirsty at the time. The girl who did my manicure, Noewa, did an excellent job and didn't rush at all. During my manicure, Lana came back to ask if I wanted tea or water this time, and I happily took a cup of tea, which was so nice! Just before my nails were done, I overheard Lana ask Noewa (in a motherly way) if she had taken a break and to get something to eat. If you ask me, that's a nice boss to have, making sure her staff gets the proper treatment! I'm not sure if these 2 ladies were related, but it was still a nice thing for Lana to do. To top it off, they have a stamp/loyalty card, which gives you $5 off after your 5th and 10th visit.
