The entire service was great, the food and ambiance was amazing as well! We had the miso salmon that isn't pictured but he said it was seasoned well. The short ribs were really tender and they give you a big portion! I could barely finish it, I do think the potatoes can be more warm. I also enjoyed the ambiance, they have a nice outdoor patio with a view of the water, I would've loved to sit out but it was way too hot. I can say honestly that the food was meh. So I'd say if you want to fit in, beach wear/sweats/super casual travel clothing isn't quite the vibe. We sat out in the patio. The view during our late lunch was beautiful with ocean views. My sister and I visited Crazy About You and had a nice experience. We wanted to sit outside to enjoy the water and views. There's valet parking at the entrance. When we walked in, there was a large bar area with plenty of seating, and then the main dining area. We had a 20-minute wait, so we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar while waiting. Once we were seated, we ordered a margarita pizza, pasta, and a glass of wine. The server placed a little succulent with their name on your table, which we thought was cute. They also provide a small box where you can put your phone, encouraging guests to focus on the dining experience. The food was decent overall, and they present the bill in a fun Eiffel Tower-shaped holder. I'd say it's a good spot for dinner, especially if you're looking for a place with nice views. read more

We had a reservation and ended up being seated outside on a weekday evening. The view was great, breeze was good and it was a very good table. Our server came promptly and the sangria was excellent. The Branzino and Oxtail tacos were both among my favorite dishes of the vacation. really good food here. The meal took a turn, however, when it came time to pay. We gave the waitress a credit card, she came back with it and said they were having problems with their credit card system and could we pay with debit or cash? We wondered how a debit card would help in this situation...same card reader, right? We fumbled around a bit, and almost did pay with cash, but didn't really want to be left with none for the rest of our trip. Who's expected to have $330 cash on them these days?? So, we asked them to run another card. She came back almost immediately (we sat near the POS station) and said it also did not work and she handed us the attached flyer. So, NOW we realize, wait a second. If they happened to be having trouble with the credit card system tonight, why in the world do they possess these laminated cards requesting cash/debit card payments?? Obviously because they pull this scheme all the time. We will leave that to your own guesses why they would prefer cash payments. But when we asked to speak to a manager, the waitress turned around and took one step, then turned right back towards us and asked for another card to see if it would work. And what do you know...IT DID!!!! On our way out we visited the bathroom. Wouldn'tcha know - there's an ATM in that hallway. Ah! The debit card mystery is explained. Ridiculous scheme. Went to check this place out based on reviews. The view is great as it's right on the bay. We had an early lunch and a cocktail. Seats were readily available and there was a steady flow of patrons. We tried the cornbread which was very good and shareable. We had the lunch special which came with a salad, lentil soup or ham croquettes. We opted for the soup. The soup tasted like it was canned and not made fresh. We had the tuna sandwich which was very good. I had a mango martini and my bf had an old fashioned, both drinks were terrible and took forever to come. There was very little alcohol and it was sweet and the glasses were very small. I want to first day that our server Marco was truly great! And unfortunately that was the only thing great about the place. The space was nice but we couldn't hear ourselves let alone our server. Between the loud music, loud people & an accent we cought a few words per sentence. Now to the food. I did like that the entree came with a starter. But the angry potato wasn't angry enough for me. The fritto mixto which looked like calamari when it came out got me excited only yo disappoint me with a mouth full of oil each bite. The salmon was nice, over cooked in some parts but the sauce had an extremely sweet kick that was not needed. The branzino tasted... Fishy. It tasted better when I added the lemon that came with the salmon on it though... Then there was the cornbread. It was...good.. but flavorless. Best way I can explain it. Lastly was the chocolate cake that wasn't a cake. It was a wafer and topings came with it that did make it taste better, but could have gone without. They had people going around taking photos of people for $20 a pop as well. I dined at Crazy About You twice while visiting Miami. That never happens when I'm on vacation, which shows how much I liked the restaurant. I wasn't able to get a table because they were booked on both nights, so I sat at the bar outside. The view outside is magnificent at night, so it was actually the perfect spot to sit in the restaurant. The first night, I had the Black Truffle Linguine. It was delicious!! The entree also came with a side, so I tried the Smoked Mahi Mahi Dip. The second night, I had the Wagyu Double Cheeseburger. It tasted great, and I recommend it also. I have been meaning to write this review for quite some time now, but have been procrastinating. My boyfriend and I came to Crazy About You for our five year anniversary dinner. Not only were we blown away with the food, but we were also super impressed with the service and aesthetic of the restaurant. When we arrived we had to wait a few minutes for our table, but I wasn't mad about it at all because it gave me time to take in the adorable interior design and decorations. Whoever decorated this restaurant put a lot of detail to make it artsy and romantic. My boyfriend and I are still dreaming about the Kale Caesar Salad. They mix it right in front of you as the video shows, and it is one of the best Caesar Salads I have had. I love that the entrees come with appetizers, because I always come ready to eat! They made the experience special for us with the champagne and you could tell they value their customers. Our waitress was super friendly and the manager even came to check in on our experience, which of course was phenomenal. When I'm back in Miami, I'll definitely return here and their sister restaurant Dolores But You Can Call Me Lolita. read more

For appetizers we had the smoked Mahi dip served with fresh plantain chips, Mediterranean antipasto, Chihuahua casserole , kale Caesar salad and buratta caprese. FYI - all entrees come with an appetizer included, explaining our variety of dishes For entree I had the " I Can't Believe It's Not Pasta Carbonara With Chicken It's zucchini carbonara with bacon. They offer a meal deal with started and entrees. Different tier as well as appetizers combo. The starters, calamari and mahi dip I believe, was quite nice. Served with plantain chips. Most recently it was kinda pathetic, waiting 15 minutes for 2 cosmos when we were the only ones at the bar. Also good to note there were 5 workers at the bar lounging. I get it if you're busy but it's not a good picture for the customer to see as they wait for what seems like no good reason. Also cherries with a cosmo? That's new. The drink itself wasn't the best, but at least the beer my dad ordered later was cold. Usually we like to order the Kobe burgers, ceaser salad and mahi dip all of which are pretty tasty. We were seated immediately after entering and they sat us outside like we requested in advance. The burgers were absolutely amazing , one of the most delicious ones I have ever had.
