Wonderful service for our large-ish group on a late afternoon/early evening Saturday. Pretty varied menu, with all of the standard choices and a few surprises. My group enjoyed all the usual burritos, fajitas, quesadillas, etc., which were reasonably prices and served quickly. If in the area, I'd definitely return to try more... I vistes Crazy Burrito on a Monday evening with a few friends and had an amazing experience. It was not very busy so the service was top notch, and we were consistently checked up on (but not to the point where it could be annoying!). There was ample seating both inside and outside, each offering tables that can easily accommodate small and large families or groups. I ordered the signature dish, the crazy burrito, along with a frozen margarita. While a bit on the expensive side, they were both delicious. My burrito was filled with chicken, steak, and shrimp and had a lot of flavor. The margarita was definitely made with a heavy pour which is always greatly appreciate when I don't have to drive myself! First time here. Thought I would try something new for lunch. The place was not busy. It took awhile to get seated which didn't make sense since it wasn't busy. I ordered the combination fajitas. The order came out really quick. They forgot the shrimp in the combination so I had to wait for it to be cooked and brought out. The food was ok, but not great. There are much better places to get fajitas here in Columbus. Overall the service was okay. I noticed many of the employees were roaming around focused on their phones which isn't a good sign in terms of service. My recommendation, try someplace else. Yikes. Was running errands in Mill Run and decided to stop here. The prices are outrageous for a casual Mexican restaurant. Dinner dishes run $18-27 a plate. I ordered a chicken quesadilla for $9.25 and it came with no sides as described on the menu. The waitress told me rice and beans would be an additional $5 and that the menu was incorrect. The quesadilla had no other ingredients in it other than dry chicken and cheese. Salsa was mediocre as was service. read more

I've driven past Crazy Burrito at least one thousand times during the 15 years I've lived in Columbus--and especially more recently while I renovate my house and make a daily trip to Home Depot, which is next door to this lovely restaurant. I'm not sure why it never occurred to me to pop in for a bite on the way to grab a box of screws or on the way home from shopping at the garden center. Perhaps it was because decades ago, when Cheeseburger in Paradise occupied the building, the experience was less than stellar. When I finally did stop in last night for a quick family dinner, I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was festive, the menu was unique, and the service was gentle--exactly what I've been looking for. Some of the baskets of chips we received were warm and delicious and the salsa was plentiful and wonderful. On the critical side, the prices were a bit jarring, even as I've gotten use to the high cost of living and increased food costs. Also, the outside of the building had a desolate vibe, with multiple empty fountains and sun bleached now hiring signs. Mexican food in Columbus has been challenging, with El Vaquero's mediocre food and Cuco's rushed service recently eliminating many options from consideration. Crazy Burrito is an excellent restaurant easily accessible along a well traveled path. read more

The decor has a lot going on for sure. Lights, streamers, TVs music! Looks like it use to be a Greek restaurant at some point.. The service was definitely top notch. We got there when they first opened. The salsa is t watery like most places. The queso was delicious as well. Overall a great experience and food was good! We seemed to be located in a server hub, so our waiter kept changing. Food came out suspiciously fast after ordering. My wife's nachos were flavorful and fun, although she was not expecting aw onion on top as it wasn't listed as an ingredient on the menu. The waiting area had numerous specials listed, all at very reasonable prices, however we spent very little time waiting for a table, and the items on the boards were never mentioned by any of the waiter army as options, or written in a menu or specials list table side. I have gone here as a local for years, although with the service and raised prices for what you get, I will not be back. The prices are comparable to a fine dining restaurant for literally just Mexican food. I can eat the same thing, locally, for half the price elsewhere. Stopped in for lunch today-super overwhelming odor of bathroom cleaner right away when you open the door. There were 7 occupied tables at the time. The manager had to tell our waitress to come to our table, where she brought or drinks and then didn't come back so the manager ended up taking our food order. We ordered milk for our daughter and she said it wasn't milk-my husband tasted it and said it was very chemically tasting. Our food came out and was very good. We tried to get a different drink for our daughter and some napkins but never saw any employee once the food runner brought or order. By then, there were only two tables and it seemed like everyone went on break together. After ten or so minutes of waiting to see ANY employee, our waitress came out and I asked if we could have a box and the bill and she said "just wait" and went into the kitchen again. I went to Crazy Burrito on a Thursday after the lunch rush a couple of weeks ago. Greeted immediately and seated immediately. I was seated in a booth which was very comfortable. I dined alone and was seated where I could see a television which was nice. My server was very friendly and attentive and quickly brought my soft drink and a basket of chips and salsa. Chips were warm and crispy and lightly salted. Salsa was nice and cold and very flavorful. I ordered the Burrito la Cascada with shredded chicken. The burrito came with rice and beans. My food came out in no time and was a huge portion for being a lunch order. It was piping hot and delicious. As I mentioned, my server was most attentive and brought me another soft drink without me asking. He also asked me how everything tasted. It tasted very good. I like this place. This pandemic review is by its nature not the typical review. I thought the staff were following ok safety procedures and they have a patio you can sit as it your like me and don't like to eat indoors during this crazy time. The food at first seemed a little pricey for this style of cuisine but the portions were quite large, easily split and well prepared. The chips (seemed to be home made) and salsa excellent and we sprung for the guack to go with it. The beer was surprisingly value priced and all in all, good service and large portions. read more
