This place looks brand new! Nice, family friendly place with food made with good ingredients. Plenty of seating. You won't be disappointed. I had both dinner here and breakfast eh following morning. For dinner, I had the 8oz strip steak. I ordered it medium rare. It mostly was that. They char grilled it and it has excellent flavoring. The asparagus was good too! Came with a corn muffin that was warm and delicious. My wife had the cheese steak. It came with Tetris tots! She loved her dinner too. The wait staff are super friendly. The music played is very pleasing. You'll love this place. Funny cuz it stands out from an otherwise industrial setting. Cute little place to stop for breakfast if you're headed from SLC to LA, right off of Interstate 15. A giant inflatable cow would act as an appropriate landmark but as such, no such cow exists. Pretty easy to find anyway... The restaurant is new, clean, the service is very good. On the day I was there, there was one group of patrons - nobody was there. I ordered the breakfast special -- eggs, toast, and bacon for like $3.50 ! Pretty simple, pretty standard. Coffee was $1.75....hot breakfast set me back $7 w/ tip. Super cute little place -- really enjoyed chatting with the waitresses about life in the quaint little town of Beaver, known for a new/upgraded ski resort named Eagle Point 30 minutes east of town. The friendliest and helpful service we've received in all of our Utah travels. The diner like restaurant is right off the highway and next to gas stations makes a dual purpose stop. We were seated right away and the booths allows for safe distancing from other customers. The waitress was highly attentive! -she checked all of the ingredients for my allergy kid and made sure they cooked his patty on a separate pan. (He ate this up in seconds!) - she asked if we wanted our jalapeños on the side or cooked with our other veggies - she checked on how our meal was and readily refilled our drinks. Overpriced mediocre food, service was slow and non attentive. My daughter had the kids Mac and cheese and wouldn't touch it, stale old and was essentially Kraft that had been sitting out for hours. Really disappointed today! Was seated before 11am. Waitress took our beverage order, by the time she came back with our coffees it was after 11 and we longer could order breakfast as they stop serving breakfast at 11 am SHARP!! So on to checking menu I decided on a burger that had of all things Egg and Bacon. Seems so simple if you have bacon and egg for a burger, you should be able to do breakfast. There lunch special was chicken fried steak, which has the country gravy!! We loved this place so much we drove 20 miles to eat here again the night after our first meal! The ambience/decor is fun and unique, our servers were very attentive, and we enjoyed the traditional/home style food. Night 1, with Josh and Jake as our server and chef, my wife's Cajun Chicken pasta was 5-star, with really great flavor, and large enough to give us delicious leftovers. My shrimp basket was a typical but good fried shrimp, and I chose the tater tots instead of fries, which was a good choice. We shared FRIED OREOS with ice cream, chocolate and caramel sauce - another 5-star dish! The chef came out to check on us and was quite personable. Night 2 we shared a ribeye meal. It took 3 tries to get the steak done enough to suit my wife, but it was still good. A standard baked potato, asparagus, and garden salad were delicious after summiting a local 12,000-foot peak. Our server Brooke was super friendly while we spent lots of time using their wifi. We did the fried Oreos again but they weren't nearly as good as the previous night - they weren't crispy and we had to scoop off the voluminous quantity of whip cream they were drowning in. This place is delicious! We stayed in the Best Western Paradise Inn next door and walked over for dinner. The hotel gives a voucher for free cheese curds or a piece of delicious cheesecake. We had the crispy shrimp dinner and it was so yummy!! The next morning we went for breakfast with our hotel voucher and the food was so delicious!! Came here for dinner while I was staying at the hotel across the street. Nice variety on the menu; I was afraid it was going to be all fried foods but there were some healthy options. I got the pan seared trout with asparagus and mashed potatoes, also came with starter salad and cornbread. It was just the right amount of food, I was able to eat it all but very full! Now I'm not sure why it took 45 minutes, but our waitress, who was very sweet, did explain to us that she "only had two hands". That said, the two waitresses who were sitting idle at the front counter appeared to also have two hands each, both of whom could have helped our server, but did not.
