I respected that and smartened up! My 10 year old Hyundai engine suddenly blew, went into limp mode... I knew I didn't want anyone else to work on my car. They not only found me an engine with low miles,at a fair price, but went the extra mile over seven weeks to make certain it was tip top PERFECT. This garage is a small, locally held operation...they will not only do you RIGHT, but also let you know what YOU should be doing to mitigate any future issues. John will absolutely tell you what you may be doing incorrectly in caring for your ride and WHY you need to give a darn about it. After almost 3 years of coming to this garage: I trust them, rely on them and unless there's an Apocalypse, NO ONE ELSE will work on my vehicles. Thank you, John! We respect you and are grateful!

I brought my car in this past March to have the oil changed. When I returned to pick it up, I was…read moretold I needed some extensive work. The message was pay us now, $1,200 or, if I wait, the price of fixing the car at a later date would be $2,800. I was leaving on a 12 day trip in a couple of weeks so we left the car to have the work done while we were gone. When we returned home, we went down to pick it up and it was not ready "we need to test drive it one more time" We returned the next day, the car was ready and I was handed a bill of $2,800. That is not the work I asked for, that was the cost if I let the problem get worse. I was fuming inside but paid the bill and left. When I returned home, I found two Wyndham Hotel keys in my center console which I cleaned out before I dropped the car off. There was significant mileage on my car. I called and spoke with Eric. He claimed the hotel keys were probably found on the floor of the garage and someone put them in my car ( huh?). He also denied someone drove my car - well, I sure didn't and I knew what the milage was because they had just changed my oil and I was able to calculate the difference. Overall, very disappointing as it is so difficult to find honest mechanics. The people who referred us to Auto Advisors are no longer customers there either.
