They try to sell you over priced products even if you have your own that you want installed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND... backstory! I had a complete sound system placed in my car ( subs, speakers, amp etc) by a company whom I won't name but let's call them MT well I paid over 3k for this system thinking MT was "knowledgeable" , I did research but I thought I'll let the professionals handle it, man was I wrong! My car was with MT for 2 days, 2 full days so when I picked up my car my excitement overshadowed my "thought process", left with the car and everything sound amazing until.... Days later I started playing with my equalizer and wow the speakers sounded like a wounded dog screaming for its mama, just horrible. I immediately reached out to MT and was told they busy, leave the car a few days we'll get to it! BS!!!! The system sounded so bad that I didn't even drive my car, if I did it was in complete silence. I paid over 3k for this system and its just horrible, the speakers were trash and the subs was worse. I told MANY pple how MT just screwed me over and now I'm getting dodged, getting a run around etc, EVERYONE said go to Crazy Ralph he will take care of you so I called them early, they open at 8am I was on the phone with them at 8:10am, I ran the story to him and he immediately understood my frustrations, we laughed and joked about it then agreed I will bring my car to him. Later that day I did and showed him the paperwork from MT while he went through my car, excuse my language but I was fucking pissed.. he went through each of the items in the paperwork and get this, some of the things they charged me for WAS NOT EVEN INSTALLED! wow right! They charged me for items that wasn't even placed in my car on top of ALL MY CAR SPEAKERS WAS NOT WORKING, all the tweeters was blown, wires was cut all kinds of ways, THE GROUND WAS NOT EVEN SECURED CORRECTLY!! They told me I could've possibly had my car catch fire from all the horrible work that was done, I mean nothing was right NOTHING!! They even placed the amps in the wrong spot like c'mon man!! I was extremely pissed but thanks to crazy Ralph he absolutely took care of me, he gave me the best service I could possibly wished for, he's very knowledgeable of all your needs in any range, will give you 100% honest answer for the best system, his guys even fixed all of the wiring issues, every single issue I had he took care of it and for a very VERY REASONABLE PRICE, I think I might've said thank you over 100 times to them lol. I truly from the deep spots of my soul appreciate everything they have done for me, i have told soooo many pple I know and complete strangers that this is the place to go for all your needs, I wouldn't go anywhere else except to these great group of guys!!! As far as MT goes, I will be placing many calls to BBB, corporate managers, VP hell even the CEO and whom ever has ears, this is completely unacceptable, unprofessional just crooked at it best and this will not go unresolved.
