I went to get a full pedicure done with shellac polish. The lady did not even look at the bottom of my feet let alone remove the dead skin or use the callus remover which was in her basket. I have had many other pedicures and this was one of the worst. I asked for a short square shape and she did not shape my nails at all. She shaped them rounded, not at all what I was looking for. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not coming back again. Ruined my day. read more

Don't go there! I had a shellac manicure done on Monday evening. By noon on Tuesday, two were CRACKED, not just chipped, but cracked from about two-thirds of the way down. I called and got a 4:30 appointment on Thursday. At 4:27, they called and cancelled, and said I needed to come on a different day. I got a 4:30 Friday appointment. By then only three nails were still in-tact. The tech started my appointment at 5:10! (I arrived at 4:30!) The tech cut my nails BRUTALLY short, COMPLETELY eliminating the entire white part. Then she said that shellac polish doesn't work on short nails, so that's why it cracked off. She repainted the seven cracked ones, getting air bubbles into most of them. During the entire appointment, she didn't say anything to me, but held a loud conversation in Vietnamese with her coworker. Rude, unprofessional, and poor quality work overall. Save your money and your dignity and go elsewhere. read more

Went to get my nails done and in less than 24 hours my nails had already chipped significantly without even doing anything hard on my nails. The nail tech started to grind down my nail bed in prep for a gel polish, when I had clearly stated I wanted regular polish on my fingers. They seem to automatically assume you want gel polish regardless of what you say. I would not recommend going here to any of my friends or anyone that cares about their nails. read more

Do NOT go to CREATIVE in ABBY. Share this so other ladies do not waste their money! Not realty related I know, but spread the word! I don't normally do this, but DO NOT go to Creative Nail Salon in Abbotsford. Never have I been treated so rudely as well as I heard them speaking to other customers very unprofessionally. I got my nails done (in which my appointment was 15 minutes late which they didn't even offer an apology). Then I leave the store after tipping a 20% tip being generous seeing that it is around the holidays and I always tip for service such as nails etc. Then when closer inspecting my nails I see that a lot are missing paint on the sides. I immediately go back in asking if they could quickly fix it and she says I will have to wait at least an hour or come back in a couple days. I said I had family functions to attend and couldn't wait an hour and live 20 minutes away so perhaps just a discount and she said "Why would I do that we didn't damage your nails?". Come back in around an hour or longer or in a few days. Her tone etc was just so snide. I hadn't gone to Creative for quite some time because last time they gave me sloppy service. Every other nail salon was booked (go figure they had openings) so I thought I would give them a chance. Big mistake. I will not be going back! I would not recommend any of you ladies too either unless you enjoy rude service, unprofessional behaviour and no proper repercussion for sloppy lazy poor service!!!! read more

the girls are so friendly i was goin' to this one salon (they will be unnamed) for 3 years religiously. the last couple months they've been half ass'ing it and my acrylic nails would chip or pop off within a week 1/2 - two weeks after getting them done regardless of the length. decided to give this place a go bc i've seen some girls with loooong acrylics who work in hair salons, hair constantly in water and they've stayed strong. i gave this place a go and throughout the appointment i noticed things they did differently like glue the nail on farther onto the nail etc. my nails have lasted so well, i've been so stinkin happy w/ them. while cooking, automotive mechanics class, work etc these have been troopers. this is now my go to place read more

I have been going to Cre8tive Nails since shortly after they opened the doors to the salon, I have almost always had really great experience with the salon and all the girls. However a week ago after not having had my nails done for a while decided to have them done again and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of the nails I received. I am starting to see that the salon is less interested in giving good quality nails and more concentrated on quantity of customers pushed through in a day. The staff was clearly way over booked, my appointment was at 3 and I was not in the chair until almost 3:45. Not really concerned with that because I was in no rush but to then receive bad quality nails is very frustrating. It has been 7 days since having my nails done and one has already broken off, due to it not being glued properly (not due to lifting), I am in no means hard on my nails, I work in an office on the computer all day I not a mechanic or something, I dont bite my nails or put them in my mouth but still I have a nail completely torn off my natural nail and 2 more already starting to fall off. now on top of this the nails where also poorly painted, due to the tech rushing through my nails to get to another client. I had the tech do the rose gold chrome that is very popular right now (which by the way I paid an extra $30 for, $65 in total, double the price of regular gel nails, only to see on instagram a few days later that Cre8tive posted a comment on rose gold nail they did a few weeks ago saying the price was in fact $45 not $65)and at first glance when they where finished the nails looked nice, but with further inspection later that night I was very disappointed to find that at least 3 of the nails were not completely covered, leaving the polish underneath the chrome completely visible. I had asked for coffin shaped nails as I almost always do and the shape of the nails after looking at them closer is VERY poor, the lengths of nails on opposite hands are very significantly shorter and longer, wider and skinnier. This salon that I once used to recommend to all my clients, family and friends and considered a 5 star salon, I now would not even give them one star.Very sad to say but I will have to find another salon as I wont be going back to Cre8tive Nails read more

This place is usually great when I go there, you know friendly staff and nice customers but today I made an appointment for 1pm and when I got there I realized I didn't have my card to pay and wasn't sure where it was so I told one of there newer staffer members who is the receptionist there that I had an appointment but had lost my cad and couldn't pay, so I needed to cancel the appointment and so she asked me what my name I told her and she's like "welllll I don't see your name on here. Did you even make an appointment?" So I responded yes I did this morning. And she continued to argue with me and told me that I probably called the wrong place and I was wrong, even tho I searched creative nails online today for the number even saw the front of the store picture to make sure it was the right place but this girl was so rude in making sure I was wrong and she was right. So she finally asked with a very rude attitude "well can I have your number." By this time I was so embarrassed and angry I just said to her "No you can't." And then just left. I've never had such terrible service from here and I will definitely not be going back and I also do not recommend going here if your looking for someone friendly to go. read more
