You haven't had brownie mix in over two weeks. 2 you can't expect anyone to make a brownie sundae with no brownie mixture that was NOT sent from the corporate office 3. You ran out of spoons and the kid that played the bad music how to use money out of his own wallet to go buy spoons. 4. This place used to be great, but it's gone pretty badly downhill. The last time we went in we waited for 45-60 minutes until we finally had our ice cream. There was one couple in front of us in line and at least 3 people working, the couple in front of us ordered two items and my daughter and I ordered two items. I appreciate that the ice cream is made in house to order, but the amount of time it took was truly astonishing. Not to mention it was so hot and steamy inside that the gentleman making the ice cream placed our first ice cream in the freezer so that it wouldn't melt during the next 15/20 minutes it took to make the second. Food is good, but employees abuse the DoorDash option. Multiple times I have placed orders well in advance of closing time- an hour or more. The order is accepted, and the driver goes to the store, then the order gets cancelled and the store shows as "temporarily closed." Terrible service. After an afternoon of walking trails at Sweetwater Creek State Park we had a hankering for some sweets. The line was short and easy to order. The decor was nice but best of all was the fact that they made the ice cream to order. We were amazed at the way they made the ice cream with nitrogen! Never seen anything like that in our lives. Ice cream is always delicious. We have been several times since they opened, and we are always happy! The process takes place in front of the customer and you are paying for the ice cream as well as the experience. Kids love watching it! Clean location with tables inside and out. Located in Ashley Park so it's nice to grab a bite here and walk around. Nearby the theater and definitely better ice cream than Cold Stone in the same plaza. Our favorite flavor isn't pictured, but we like the Captain Crunch ice cream with strawberries and bananas as well as Nutella. So yummy! read more

My friend invited me here on a random night and I didn't realize that the name wasn't "Creamery" until I got inside and saw all the smoke! I was pleasantly surprised to be inside of what I consider to be an adult AP Chemistry class. It was so fun watching the staff make our cold concoctions. They didn't even seem to mind our filming because I'm sure that happens a lot there. I loved that there was a nice sized menu already layed out with amazing toppings but you can also make your dessert with whatever you want in shop! CARAMEL ICE CREAM PIE!!! First of all, I'm an officially licensed ice cream aficionado and this place sells the best ice cream around. It's not even a contest. My little family and some friends of ours came here to get some ice cream and we ended up sitting and chatting for a really long time. As we are probably 1.5hrs into conversation a man -whom I can only assume was the owner?- approached us with an Ice Cream pie in hand. He tells us that it's new on the menu and tells us to take it home and try it out. I will never say no to free ice cream and I wouldn't trust anyone who would. Also, that's just a really cool thing to do. Long story short we took it home and I just now finished eating a slice and let me tell you.... every other pie can suck it. This is the king of pies. Nice, new, clean ice cream shop that just opened in Newnan! I'm so glad to see nitrogen ice cream expanding into my area. Part of going to some of these places is the experience of getting to watch your ice cream *literally* being made right in front of you. My niece ordered The Unicorn which is a beautiful, sugary mess. She truly enjoyed every bit of it though. My mom and I tried a non-dairy ice cream with oreos and vanilla ice cream. My mom was blown away with how creamy a non-dairy ice cream could be. She LOVED it. We also added brownie pieces to our ice cream. The brownies are very chocolatey and delicious. My only complaint is that the ice cream is a bit pricey. Is it good ice cream? Absolutely. But, I also think $8 is a bit much. I won't let it deter me from returning, but it'll definitely be a special treat place instead of a regular spot. read more

Every time I come here, they never have good service. The ice cream isn't bad not worth the price in my opinion but the service makes me never wanna go again. Last time I went, the place was empty with 4 teenagers running the place. I went to the register ready to order but they kept talking among theirselves even though they definitely saw me. i took my daughter (4) for an ice cream date on saturday. i always prefer smaller ice cream shops, and saw that this was a new place in Newnan. the shop was extremely clean. the two young ladies were extremely helpful. i love the option to make it with oat milk as well. but the price was very high for ice cream. also, there is no small option for a little kid. so i had to wind up spending money on a very large chocolate ice cream cone that didn't get eaten. they should def have a smaller size for little kids. will be back, but only on a special occasion when i feel like spending $20 for two ice cream cones. read more

When the manager finally did show(brown shirt grey hair with black glases) up after all the customers were rung in and the line almost gone. I watched him first bump one of the girls putting toppings on ice cream with her gloves on. And she continued to work with the same gloves on. The manager himself just cross contaminated and failed to have the employee change her gloves. I then watched him put his hand on the shoulder of the other girl washing the containers. Made no attempt to interact with any of the guests. They ran out of spoons at front and when the girl asked the manager where more spoons was he said in front of her. Not until after he realized the spoons actually were not there he went to the back to get more. He sent this fully tapped up box up to the girl who had No way of opening ir, and just watched her struggle. With no help at all. This whole time I watched him touch his behind several times. As mentioned earlier I absolutely loved the texture of the ice cream but the matcha flavor was weak and the mochi was ok. I think it is very overpriced for what you are receiving. I tried the s'mores shake someone else got and it was just rich in chocolate. It was as though I had put a straw in a bottle of chocolate syrup. Ultimately, it isn't bad but it isn't great.
