I have been getting blonde highlights for 15 years. This is the only salon I have ever been to,…read morewhere the person putting in the highlights did not know what she was doing. The bleach was left on way too long, the highlights are so far away from the roots, it looks awful! It also took 4 hours in the salon! Then I call the next day and they don't return my call. So I decide to drive there and they agree to redo them Wednesday at 1730. I arrive at 1740 (10 mins late) and they rudely tell me I'm 40 mins late and refuse to do it that day. I then have to go back a few days later and they slightly fix part of it. The owner John was the person who dried my hair the first time, and he never mentioned the screw up. He also never apologized once and didn't even offer me a free conditioner for damaging my hair twice. Never go here!!!! Worst salon!
