So this place is truly a little gem! I stopped here on my way to California, and I will not regret it. I got the Charlie dust wonder worm. Wow! I'm amazed at the great flavor so much I bought it in 120 that they had available. So much good! The staff was super nice and friendly. I can't believe these reviews but I'm glad I called and talked to them first. I definitely think if you're around and looking for some great premium juice you should come here! Complete waste of money. The batteries are extremely over priced, cheap pieces of crap. Bought a battery because I sat on my last one. I paid 20 for their cheapest battery, it wouldn't charge, would not screw onto my tank. It looked like it had already been used. Go online, you can get a better battery for half the price. read more

awesome staff are always nice, they offer free water bottles and let you sample the juice. i bought a disposable and it wasn't working right, they replaced it no questions asked, only asking that you bring the broken one back. amazing customer service, this has been my regular shop for a few months and i won't buy a vape anywhere else in town. love ya'll! read more

Just went to this shop and very disappointed in the juice and customer service. I purchased a large bottle ($40) and every time it was smoked (even in different tanks) it would burn in about 5 min. I was told over the phone that they could replace the juice, however when I went in they denied saying this and turned me away. I will not be purchasing from here ever again as the product is poor. i offered for them to taste the juice and they even said that it tasted burnt after 2 vapes. i told them that i would not be back due to the service and product, and still they did not do anything to help the situation or the $40 down the drain. read more

Overall its a nice cool place, I hate the way they let you sample juice but thats just me... I would prefer a bar or something like that. The set up feels odd and like you're bothering them when asking to try different flavors. And you never really get the full effect of a flavor due to left over juice from the one you just tried. Customer service is okay, not great. Usually I feel like an inconvenience in there. But beyond that its okay. Prices are reasonable on most things. Great weekly sales thats really cool. First off, I'd like to start off by saying that everyone excep for the young lady who works there need a serious course in customer service training. This is especially recommended for the owners (yes the arrogant elderly couple). I believe their son is the founder of the franchise. They all come off as if you are completely clueless, when in fact it is the other way around. The starter kits they sell i.e. ego stick batteries, are extremely cheap store branded knock offs. I am in no way a noob when it comes to vaping, and have had to correct them several times in the information they try to give me when asking about products behind the glass. The authentic items they do sell (mainly innokin , which I happen to really like) are waaaay overpriced. They have the nerve to tell me that I would have trouble finding them cheaper online. Little do they know that I am an avid ecf and ecig reddit member who actually wholesales the same supplies as well. The only reason I went in the few times I have is to buy juice when I wanted to sample something different. The other day I went in, tried their flavor of the week which was decent, not great, and tried to describe the flavor to the very young kid and he looked at me and said he could not comment because their recipes are a secret. I never asked what was in the juice, just commented on the flavors I was tasting ( making smalltalk). He didn't even want to disclose the pg/vg content which holds no "secret" to any recipe and is usually labeled on most reputable juice makers bottles. Then the owners walked in, and he totally proceeded to cease helping me and began a rather ass kissing display of a conversation with them. They were literally 5 feet away from me and never even acknowledged my presence. I told him I appreciated the "help" but did not find what I was looking for. After three visits, all of which have been less than enjoyable, I will no longer walk though their doors. Its a shame too because the store is nice inside and has potential. I know from speaking with other vapers that I am not alone in my view of this establishment. I read the Austin yelp for the locations over there and the consensus seems to be the same, less than favorable.. Let it be known that my review of this store is by no means biased as I have no affiliation with any other ecig vendor in town. Your hard earned money will be better spent/appreciated at another location (vapor unlimited) where the customer service is stellar. This store definately gets a thumbs down! Side note: I have actually seen the owners argue in front of customers/employees alike on a previous visit. The atmosphere was uncomfortable to say the least. read more

The product they sell here is real cheap and will break. Thats why I think they dont offer refunds on anything. The customer service was good when they first opened now all the new employees they have hired are one of the reasons I no longer go here. They have no knowledge of their products or their computer systems making the transaction very stressful. Their are 2 other electronic stores in San Angelo and have found one that offers warranties on their items unlike Create a Cig. Price might be a little higher but product lasts. read more
