Alicia came alone and got right to work, from my 3rd floor down to my 1st. She moved quickly but was relatively thorough as she cleaned her way through the 2005 sq feet. I opted to stay home for the cleaning, as the weather was just plain bad, and I had some paperwork to struggle through. I generally stayed out of Alicia's way during the cleaning to give her space, but whenever we did interact, she was really pleasant. I love having the house this clean. It's just a better feeling or around I'll surely be heading her back in the future, and I recommend you as well. Blinds, baseboards, window sills, bedside tables were either skipped or had a duster run over them rather than a wipe down. A deep clean by a reasonable definition means getting in to get more stubborn areas. They did not. Plus shower wasn't scrubbed. Maybe wiped down once but it needed a deep clean, which we were told we were getting. Find someone with better reviews, these guys are not worth it in our experience.

First off,…read morethe manager (Charles James) of the cleaning job was very rude to our president and project manager. After they told him everything he did not do and needed to finish, Charles spoke back to them, calling them ridiculous and claiming he couldn't adequately finish the job because of their scheduling. Yet he arrived four hours late the first day, an hour late the second, and 45 minutes late the fourth day. He only had help (2 very unprofessional women) on one of those days and they showed up three hours late. The women also complained to our project manager saying that Charles did not leave a mop bucket or a ladder on the job site so they could not adequately finish the job. Not to mention Purely Perfection claimed they would send out a crew and have this job done in one day. We needed a new custom four thousand square foot home cleaned so the owners could move in. There was no furniture/materials in the house and we only had one cabinet guy come in to fix the foot of a cabinet and replace a couple of door knobs and two painters to touch up a few spots in the house on the first day Charles came to clean. Yet he said he could not work around them. He was also notified that he needed to be finished with the upstairs portion by the beginning of the second day because a flooring crew was coming and he claimed that was no problem. Well, he did not stay true to his word. Our president and project manager came to the job site several times over the four days to check on progress and nothing was getting done. When Purely Perfection left the job site on the fourth day (we kindly asked them to leave because the job was not getting done) it was not a pretty site. None of the upper cabinets were cleaned, very few upper shelves were cleaned, no walls were wiped down and were covered in dust, no window sills had been dusted off, razor blades were left on the floors and window sills, their cleaning trash was left all over the floors, refrigerators were not cleaned, master bath tube had debris in it, bugs were on the ceiling, and multiple light fixtures were left un-dusted (all of which we specifically requested to be done in a previously sent email). We went to the job site the next day and workers had the house spotless in five hours. Needless to say we will never use Purely Perfection again and we highly suggest to any other companies to not even think about asking them to come to your job site.
