The new place is also very well thought out with nice little touches like charging stations, tea while your colour takes, and chill music. Concetta is a doll--super talented and actually listens to her clients' wishes and concerns. She'll also be honest if what you're asking for is realistic rather than trying to make something impossible happen. I told him to stop shouting and just finish the haircut, but he kept yelling about how he cuts haircuts for "CEOs of multinationals", so there's no way he could've made a mistake. I didn't want to argue with him anymore so I just paid and left with my hair half uncut.
