My daughter contracted them to do my grand daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday Celebration, it was scheduled for January 2025. It rained on that day and since they DO NOT give refunds we had to reschedule for another day. We ended up using the reservation instead for a Mother's Day Gathering on Sunday, 5/11/2025 at 6:30 pm. We were SO EXITED because five generations in our family (Mothers, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and Grand Children) were looking forward to experience our first luxury and unforgetable Picnic by the beach curated by a perfectionist as they claim in their social media profiles. HOWEVER, the experience turned out to be a complete NIGHTMARE! Definitely UNFORGETABLE IN A VERY BAD WAY! We had purchased the VIP Package that included a Large Charcuterie Board, Champagne, Waters & Ice, plus Pastries. Our booking was for 10 people, we ended up being 7 people. There was NO food for 7 people! They showed up with a SMALL plate with a tiny bunch of green grapes, stale crackers, scarce pieces of cubed cheap cheese and insufficient dated salami. One bottle of Champaign and about 10 small 4 oz waters with very little ice. Plus, NO PASTRIES! According to them the pastries went bad and they threw them away! We found ourselves in the middle of the sand, expected to be there for 3 hours, 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm without food or drinks! What kind of perfect picnic is this? Service is HORRIBLE!!! We ended up leaving at 8:30 pm hungry, thirsty and did not even ate that evening because nearby restaurants were full with long wait-list since it was Mother's Day. This was our WORST MOTHER'S DAY EXPERIENCE IN OUR LIVES! DO NOT RECOMMEND HIRING PICNICMECRAZYY FOR ANYTHING! Last, but not least, my daughter shared her negative experience with them, plus I did as well, and they felt they did everything perfect and there was no feeling of being heard, or wanting to please a customer that was NOT SATISFIED WITH THE EXPERIENCE.
