After the good experience with my lvp vinyl floors I was happy to be working with these people on a…read morenew master bath. I wasted lots of my time picking tile picking items for my bathroom. And then never ever received an estimate. About 5 months later a tile person called saying well we told you it would be that long, which they had. I didn't bother to respond since nobody had ever called me back about how much it was going to cost. I had budgeted up to 30 grand for this project. Must be nice to be so busy that you can turn away that kind of business. I only give three stars because they got five for the floors and zero on the bathroom

Had a shower installed they cut the panel short sliced in another piece never came back and fixed…read moreit. Decided we were going to put flooring in the house they came out and measured never got back to us about when we could install. Finally and installer came out we were told we did not have to move the heavy furniture that they would do it when the installer got here he complained about that thank you proceeded to call the store and lie and say that he pulled up tiles and my floor was wet from dog urine, no tile was pulled up so don't know how he came up with that but he refused to do the flooring. I checked the area he was talking about myself and found nothing. Not very good business of you ask me. We ended up canceling our whole house and we'll be going with someone else
