After several days passed I called, he apologized and said he forgot, and he would let me know as soon as possible what the estimate was. After waiting a week I called him again, and again he apologized and still didn't have the estimate. So I am still waiting for this estimate from this "highly recommended " company with all these good reviews and I can't even get a call back, or an estimate for the job. We called Davis Concrete for possible tank pumpout on Monday. They were available and came first…read morething Tuesday. The driver was very knowledgeable, found the tank in less than 10 minutes. He uncovered the tank, romoved all roots, and pumped the tank. He unclogged the line to the tank and was gone in less than 2 hours. The cost of unclogging the line to the tank was extra and a little excessive I thought, but the overall cost was comparabable. We were very pleased with the excellent service and happy to recommend them to others.

After expressing my concerns I keep getting told "I'm trying" or "we are busy" I spent 20k and feel like it should have been gift wrapped for that price not left waiting for minor things to be completed. When I said today 5/9/25 (concrete was poured April 3, the gate was taken off April 1- for contractor to not show up 2x) that I'm frustrated and don't like to leave poor reviews the owner basically said o we'll go ahead.
