A few of them were not functioning, and I felt bad asking the staff to replenish the tickets for them to open the machines and there be tickets inside, but obviously not their fault. There was also a large bounce house and a gym area for the kids to run around, and overall I thought it fit the age group very well. The best part, of course, is the visit from Elsa and Anna. They were so friendly and accommodating, all the kids just naturally loved them. The kids can sometimes be a little ruthless - "do you REALLY have special powers, Elsa?", "Anna, what happened to Kristoff? Did you marry him?", and I even saw one of the kids stepping on Elsa's dress on purpose. You can tell the staff were well-trained and handled everything like true professionals.
