So here goes, my husband and I hired this woman for our wedding reception. The food was a 6/10. She treated her staff horribly, was incredibly insulting, demeaning and spoke down to them as if they were inferior to her. Mind you, she did not speak this way to her daughter. During this hectic time in society it's so sad to see someone exhibiting the problems that are bringing our nation down to its core. This woman made our reception a nightmare as she made everything about herself all the while serving some of the most horrific (sorry to say it) food I've ever had the displeasure of attempting to consume. She kept handing out business cards to guests, literally walking to every single table, handed one to every guest, spread out her cards at all tables, even inside the restrooms? We told her her cooking was subpar and we were not happy and if she could stop approaching guests advertising her services as we would not give her an outlet for self promotion when her service SUCKED! We expected so much more on this important day. The food was cold and tasteless. She was huffing and puffing and fumed away. After her fit, she told her staff they could stay if they wanted and she peeled out of our driveway in her little car. This person(???) was a NIGHTMARE to deal with. We had an online meeting, went over a menu where she helped me figure out what direction to go for my daughters graduation dinner. The outcome was unbelievable. They delivered every thing as promised, on time and in a professional manner but with a personal touch. The food was absolutely amazing and everyone loved it. Dinner was the center of this gathering and Megan did not disappoint. First all of WOW. Megan was awesome!!! Almost every single person at our wedding complimented the food. She was so authentic to work with as well- she gave us the best advice and how to do things. My husband and I chose Creative Cuisine for our wedding caterer. By far, the best decision we made throughout the entire wedding planning process!! Chef Megan is absolutely wonderful and she is SO SO much more than a caterer. She gave us advise and tips and every aspect of our wedding. she (and her staff) were there to help set up the reception venue, she answered every single one of my questions right away. She was the only caterer who was willing to create a menu based on our cultures and food likings, when all the other catering companies that we contacted in the area told us to choose from a set menu. Because of Chef Megan's willingness to work with us, we had an elegant meal that incorporated southern charm and Hawaiian cuisine at its finest! Oh, by the way, her food is amazing!
