The hair stylist was rushing and not very concerned with what I wanted. She had claimed she had put as many foils as possible, yet added very little. Money wasted unfortunately. Wanda destroyed my hair. Broke many basic rules of dealing with hair in a healthy way-- used heat styling DRY without any protective product, tore through (and tore out) my wet hair with a bead brush. When I requested highlights, she messily parted my hair and dyed the entire bottom half of my head dark brown. Carelessly applied foils, left me with bleached pieces all over my head of random sizes. Careless and rushed in applying colour-- I have patches of different colours within each strand. Claimed I needed a small trim to apply the colour, I left with my hair several inches shorter, cut straight across with no layers (a disaster for wavy hair). Went to look in the mirror, one side of my hair was several inches shorter than the other. Asked her to fix it and she did. Embarrassed by my hair, have been wearing a hat since my appointment. Writing a review to save others from the hassle I will have to go through in correcting this.
