When i got there she was insulting me by taking a picture of my nails and semding them to a friend Because shes never seen "claws" like mine. Then proceed to ask how to I function with nails "like that" very insulting. I looked past it because i just wanted them off. She then asked where i am from and if i got these nails done at a "chop shop" i was offended at this point. I asked her what she ment she asked if "ornamental" did my nails. Why does a race have anything to do with my nails? But i got my nails done at a lovely place ive always went too called Nails Of America in Pasadena texas. She then soaked my nails in acetone for 20 mins and got flustered when my nails werent softening the way she wanted them to because the "chop shop" did it. I explained to her that in my experience with getting my nails off it has never taken this long. She said ive been a nail tech for 30 years i think i know what iM doing. Then proceeded to dig out her drill that was buried and dusty and pluged it in and she was barely even holding the drill letting it cut up my skin. Never have i ever had such a bad experience.
