I asked for a few other small patch jobs around the house and he charged a very fair price to add those on. There was an issue with the bathroom fan. WE forgot to reinstall in and they walled it in and had to rip it out and redo some. He did not charge me extra despite losing some time. The work looks good, and he was very fast. He brought one worker with him and they were quiet and courteous. Any small issues I had, he fixed them and he asked me to inspect their work multiple times. Good Value, Good Quality work.
