I could not recommend these guys highly enough! When my laptop stopped working I immediately went to the manufacturer and all they could do was be rude and quote me almost the exact same value as the original laptop. After doing some thorough research, I discovered Creative IT and was swayed by all of the glowing reviews. Nothing I could say would do the team justice but this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Everyone was extremely accommodating, transparent with the issues and the cost. Speaking of which, they will quote you quite possibly the cheapest cost you'll find. I was advised it could take upto a week to order in the replacements but my laptop was fixed within days. I could not be happier with the service. I genuinely enjoyed the entire experience which is bizarre considering the circumstances, but I would not hesitate to come back if I ever experience another issue. Thank you! I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Creative IT. I called Creative IT when my Sony laptop failed to start up last week. I spoke to a technician who was able to diagnose the fault on the motherboard on the phone and give me quote there and then. I was able to drop the laptop to their repair centre near London Bridge on Saturday morning and after about four hours, got a call to say that it was fixed and that I could come to collect it. I found the overall experience very smooth and stress-free. The staff were really knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks to their expertise in reparing components on motherboards, I was able to save money on buying an expensive Sony motherboard or even worse, a new laptop. I'm a busy mum working as a freelance PR consultant and my toddler accidentally knocked over my MacBook Air and broke the screen, hours before I was due to make a client presentation for a new account. Desperately searched the internet for anyone who could help me and came across Creative IT. They claimed they could do same day repairs on Apple Macs so I took mine along. When I told them how urgent it was they offered to fix it while I waited. One hour and two cups of coffee later the screen had been replaced and my laptop looked good as new. The guys at Creative IT helped me out when I spilled wine on my dell XPS 9550.. First off they tried to repair the motherboard at component level, so that I could potentially avoid having to replace the motherboard, thus potentially saving me money - doing component level repairs is something that makes creative IT stand out of the crowd for me, the other shops I went to told me that it's done - go buy another machine, not Creative IT. Unfortunately for me, the motherboard was unsalvageable, but they offered to replace the motherboard entirely - resulting in me being able to write this review from a laptop thats as good as new - Creative ITs combination of component level repairs, good prices and great service makes them a no brainer to recommend to anyone with computer related issues that needs solving. read more

An excellent service from Creative IT. They don't just repair Laptops/Notebooks and Macs we were having issues with the main server in our office, and after the initial conversation I was able to take the machine down to them straight away, at which point it was looked at immediately and the faults quickly diagnosed and repaired, which in this case was at a component level. All told, from arrival to departure, I was there for less than 90 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable, and I was shown the problem prior to repair and shown the machine working again prior to payment being taken. Took in two laptops today -- on one, they replaced a damaged screen and a sliced cable and repaired a broken hinge and gave it a 'general service' including interior cleaning, and on the other, they replaced the power connection -- amazing service and the engineer gave full explanations of all the required work, including showing me on my laptops where things had broken etc. Friendly, clear, extremely knowledgeable and superquick -- repaired both while I waited, in under 2 hours! I had a bad hard disk head crash and lost all my data. I rang around and got a few quotes, but they were all quite extortionate. I lost my photos and music, so there is a limit to what I was prepared to pay. Creative IT came in with the best quote around and were open to listening to my requirements. I had good communication throughout and ended up with virtually all my data back in pristine condition. Absolutely fantastic. I would Highly recommend these guys. I had a liquid damaged laptop (lucazade in a lot of the inside) and it needed a clean, and resoldering of a couple of connections. They stayed open late to finish the repair so I could take it home that day. Not only were they very friendly, but highly professional, really knew what they were doing and extremely skilled. I would strongly recommend Creative IT for laptop / Mac repair and also for data recovery. I visited them 3 weeks ago in London. They diagnosed my laptop immediately correctly and helped me work out best option to fix. When I was in London on vacation I dropped my laptop down a flight of stairs and the screen cracked. Great service - a Dell Latitude with a short on the motherboard, all fixed the same day. It is a bit of a walk (20 min) from London Bridge or Borough Tube stations but you can take a Barclay's bike if you are in a rush. Good people to work with if you want your machine back in one piece quickly. They definitely know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. read more

I took my external hard drive to Creative It as it had stopped working properly. I was so stressed as i needed all my data. They were able to recover my data within a week and the astonishing thing was they did not take advantage of my needs and over price the data recovery. I had a Sony Vaio with a cracked screen (broken by my daughter!!) I called Creative It and they told me to come down and would help me.. All in all i waited 25 mins and left with a fully functioning laptop - the manager even let my daughter watch TV whilst we waited! Good, quick service and reasonably priced.
