I only have great things to say about this place. My 4 y.o. would scream and cry when she first started coming to school. The staff always helped with transitioning her into the classroom setting so I could leave for work. They always made her feel welcome and special and would greet her by name. They provided constant updates on food, play, and learning through their app. After coming to creative kids, my child grew more confident, made friends, loved her teachers and staff, and looked forward to coming to school to learn and play. I'm grateful for how kind and understanding her teachers and staff were towards her even when she was having a difficult time. I always felt she was safe and well cared for. read more

We just moved from different daycare to here and we felt so positive believing them! But the day first when my son tapped the teacher to point restroom, the teacher just ignored him. My son is still 2 years and a half so he can't take off his diaper and pants by himself yet, so he needs support but nobody follows him to the restroom, so of course he came back after a few minutes. It's so miserable. And when my son sat down on the chair for waiting for lunch, suddenly one boy pull off my son's chair! It is so dangerous. Luckily my son stood up immediately so it was fine but the boy pointed to my son to a different chair. And another girl yelled at my son. But the teachers didn't do anything. They just prepared lunch. I thought "Excuse me?! Can you hear that noise?!". And My son came back with a huge scratch on his face and a bite on his arm. It was just day three. He never had the big beep scar before even though he went to different daycare for 2 years. We were just shocked and his bite mark was horribly bruised and still scar and bruised has it also. My husband asked what was happening but the teacher didn't know that. What's going on?! Unfortunately, teachers are lacking in keeping an eye on kids and ignoring them. So Anyway we quit only 3 days. Because the children are wild and rough and they don't teach anything. No reading time and no circle time and no singing a song, no dancing, etc. Just like a pasturage. This daycare's good points are we can check the live video and stringent safety measures and the manager and sub-managers are great people and responsible and great big facilities. My now 4 year old has been attending Creative Kids on Farm Road for 3 years now. She absolutely LOVES all of the staff. I personally haven't experienced any problems, even during COVID. The only downside I've noticed is the turn over rate of staff in all positions. They are great with calling and communicating if your child gets hurt, even the most minor scrapes and bumps. In the beginning they were not this good so I appreciate them stepping up! They recently started a program where you can access your child's classroom camera which I think is super cool! I see how much my daughter enjoys her time there and how much she loves multiple teachers and staff and that makes it so much easier to drop my baby off. I wanted to have a positive experience here after switching my children to this facility from a different one but I can honestly say that I regret moving them at all. We were told things at our tour that did not happen. Every time I turned on the in room cameras (which some times I kept on all day) it was free play and chaotic looking with little learning or organized instruction. We informed the front staff in person, and through the app in writing of an allergy concern we had and the day after we told them the allergen was given to my child. This place shouldn't even be open. They hire just about anyone. I literally watched as a staff member knocked a child down and walked away. Watched as children hit other children and were crying only to be ignored. Went to tell the teacher and was ignored again. Watched as they claimed the children were given drink and diaper changes when in fact none of that happened but they marked it off to make it seem like the children are being cared for. Seen a woman with a shaved head grab a child to scold them. Not once but three times in one day. Who man handles a child under three? Very unprofessional staff. read more

I rarely give 5's, but I can truly say, Creative Kids Centennial was the BEST! My daughter attended this location for a year. She was so scared to start school. And took a week or two to adjust. Everyone was very welcoming. Miss Kimberly and Miss Lauren was amazing! She learned a lot. Gained a lot of friends. And looked forward to school everyday. The school was clean. I've spent thousands at this facility as my child has been coming here for nearly 7 years. I find the tuition to be a good value based on the activities they offer and care they provide. They do a good job mixing social play with actual learning. The kids that go there seem well behaved. Never had an issue with biters or bullies etc.... My daughter is currently in their before school and after school program wherein they take her to school and pick her up after school. She also does their spring break and summer camp (she loves the field trips). Never had any major issues and she's grown to be a well rounded child ; I attribute a lot of her success to the things she's learned and experienced at creative kids. read more

If you are looking for a daycare this is the place for you. However, if you are looking for your child to a structured curriculum I would look elsewhere. My children went there for nearly 2 years. Every teacher is different but they are only there part of the day. So if you drop off prior to 830am, your child will have a different teacher, then be moved into homeroom and then be moved into another class or with a different teacher for the end of the day. Because of the constant switching you never really know how your child is doing. No report cards or progress notes are sent home with children under 4. Only when your child is in Pre-K will you get a progress note (2 times, for the year). You will only be made aware of any incidents if your child is injured by another child or has injured another child or is ill and needs to go home. About 50% of the time when you walk in someone will be at the front, the rest of the time the front desk will be unmanned. Also don't expect them to greet you as you walk in to check your child in or out on the kiosk. My parents picked up the kids on multiple occasions and she felt that it was a very unfriendly environment and she would need help locating the kids because they wouldn't be in the correct classroom and they would send her to multiple rooms before she could locate them. When you drop off and pick up there will be little to no acknowledgment with the teachers. They also ask you to bring a change of clothes and place it in a bin with your child's name. You will be lucky if the name gets placed on the bin at all. Then when they move classrooms you are told not to move the clothes and they will do it. This last switch when the kids were moved into their new classrooms for the year, their clothes could not be located for 3 weeks. Not all of the teachers are kind. If your child has a hard time listening be prepared for them to be yelled at and then in turn ignored when they walk into the classroom in the morning without any acknowledgement from the teachers. If your child is quite and follows direction be prepared for them to be overlook and they will just slip by. I have a kindergarten now (who went there for 2 years) and she still couldn't identify all the letters of the alphabet and didn't know any of the sounds. I have a Pre-K child who cannot hold a pencil, cannot count to 10 and cannot identify any letters of the alphabet. Also if you do plan on going to this school be prepared for your family photos and child's photo to be displayed long after they leave. I walked into a classroom my child hadn't been in for 6 months and was graduated and moved to kindergarten and our family photos were still on the wall, sun faded and all. My other child worked on a journal for several months, I saw it every now and then on the counter and would flip through it but it was never sent home not even after the last day of school. I brought my concerns to the staff and director. In the past 3 months my pre-k student had not brought 1 piece of homework or artwork home. Finally on Monday, he had a handprint. I brought this to the directors attention saying he finally has a piece to take home. She responded, "See I told you it would be better." I was stunned and speechless. Yes, please go ahead and only do actual work after I call you out for that, see how it works out for you. I have been in contact will the regional manager and she did state it shouldn't have been like that. And before I get shammed for not doing my part with my children's education, I paid for this preschool, I put my trust in them that they would help teach my child the basics and in the 2 years they were unable to do so. They never go over what your child is learning in class or what they should know. I also was battling cancer and assumed that they were teaching my children what they would need to know to go into kindergarten, which was not the case. I've attached the artwork he brought home. This is a great daycare center! Our 2.5yr old daughter goes here and loves her class and the staff. At the front desk, Rachel can answer any questions you may have and is always upbeat and professional. Marissa is our daughter's classroom leader and she is very caring of the kids. This daycare also accepts the child care aware subsidy, Naccrra, which is something other daycares in the area do not. We appreciate around 900 per month for full-time care (not potty trained) and you won't find better care for less for your LO. read more

My 3 year old son and our entire family love Creative Kids. We have been taking our son there for a year and a half now. Our son has special needs but the staff does not treat him any differently than everybody else. He fits right in with the rest of his class. The staff is very welcoming, caring, and genuine. Let me start by saying this is long overdue and completely necessary to say how AMAZING this daycare center is. But not the center itself the name or anything like that. The staff here starting with the director. Ms.DeAlma, Tara the assistant director. and Ms. Anniysa. A few teachers to recognize as well Ms. Arianna. Ms Mckenna Ms. Angelina Ms. Ana. I seriously cannot say thank you enough for making my first babys child care experience one of the best. I was so scared and nervous to take him to daycare after being home with him for 19 months. This transition was hard and although Farm was not my first choice it will be my forever choice as long as Ms. DeAlma is running it. When I tell you this woman cares about her people. She CARES ABOUT her people and by people I mean the parents of all the children who attend her center. She welcomed me with open arms literally gave me so much comfort and reassurance after I had such a bad experience at Summerlin location. I was so stressed out and worried about my 2 year old baby and after speaking and meeting with Ms DeAlma at Farm location I knew this was the right place for not only me but of course my baby. Most days he doesnt even want to leave he wants to stay and play. He loves all the staff there which means the world to me. Nothing is more important than the children we bring into this world and I will say I have never met more understanding people than the front end of this center. They all handle things with quickness and understandment and are always there to help with any concerns or issues. I will literally be that mom that calls them 4 times a day and they always are there to listen and deal with whatever concerns or questions I have. They have so much patience. Simply put, if you care about your child, DO NOT send him/her here. It's basically an overcrowded, disorganized daycare poorly ran by an incompetent staff. One alarming example: You walk your child to the designated classroom they are assigned, and by the time you pick them up, no one has any idea where his/her belongings are. This is puzzling, and when you question the staff WHY they don't know... they tell you that your child was shuffled around to a different class & teacher because the class was too full - mind you, we were one of the first ones there in the morning. So what determines who gets bumped to a different classroom? No response other than stuttering, mumbling, and ridiculous excuses. This tells me they have no clue who each child is, and that they are basically just herding children around the campus to accommodate the overcrowding of classrooms (which we were told they avoid by having everyone reserve their child's spot no later than 3 or so days before they arrive - doesn't seem to be the case folks). My child even had a "potty accident" in school and I was not notified, other than finding his soiled clothes in a plastic bag in his backpack. My son also experienced and witnessed other children being bullied. If I had known the lack of care this place maintained, I would have never EVER entertained the thought of trusting these people with him. My child was barely there 2 months when I took him out. You get what you pay for, and this place is one of the least expensive. read more

We enrolled my son here for the preschool program with the hope to have him learn with some structure to his classroom and expose him to social interaction with his peers. He attended this "school" for the entire year only so that we did not disrupt his experience. We are so glad to not be returning. The teachers at the school are caring and sweet, but I think the teacher-student ratio is too high for what I am paying for this place. They are not able to give each child adequate attention for this young age. Also, the front desk is extremely unfriendly and one woman in particular has a very sour attitude all the time. My biggest complaint is they are inconsistent with discipline. If my child has a tantrum (common at this age), they are quick to call us to pick him up and do not credit you for the day. However, there is a child in class who has bitten other children several times and the only thing the school does is call both parents ( the biter child and the bitten child) to "document" it for their records. I find this unacceptable! If this is repeated behavior for this bully child and the parents cannot curtail their kid, the child should be expelled or suspended. The school has done very little other than covering their own butt. My child is not having a good experience at your school if he is being bitten every other time he attends class. While I understand kids will be kids, the school cannot be so passive. This is a private school and one child should not be habitually jeopardizing the safety of the others. In addition, their program advertises a structured curriculum, but I did not feel they stuck to this well. My son does not even start and end in the same classroom with the same kids each day, nor does he have the same teacher for the day. They switch off based on their own schedules. How does this create structure for a child? They claim they will encourage a potty training environment, but I saw no evidence of this all year. In summary, we tried to be patient and to talk to the director about our concerns, but in the end our experience was very disappointing. I definitely do not classify this as a school, more like an overpriced daycare. Would not recommend this place to anyone, unless you are okay gambling with your child's safety and well-being. read more

I took my son there for a handful of times due to his home daycare provider being on vacation. It was a basic daycare. My two year old stopped crying on the third time I dropped him off so so I guess that is good. They do have a cool app that allows you to private message one of the staff that is in the room with your child. I have been taking my three kids here for almost a year, (oldest for drop ins and twins for full time). The place is clean, all of the workers are positive and helpful, and the security is solid. My kids are always happy to head to daycare and the things here (entry slide, sand pit, & several playgrounds) is every kid's dream, but that's not the best part of Creative Kids. My twins have special needs (autism) and the teachers, especially Ms. Sue and Mr. Derrick, have worked so well with them. The daycare has also allowed my kids' therapists to go in and work (after confirming background checks, etc) and that has allowed for my kids to continue improving in their speech and social skills SO much. My kids get everything they need here and I am -so- grateful that we switched daycares. My only regret is not placing them here sooner, as I know it would have saved me so many headaches. After trying so many daycares (homes and centers), I tell everyone I meet with children that going anywhere else is a waste of time. read more

We had been at this daycare for years. Unfortunately, the quality has gone down. 5 years when my daughter left she was ready for Kindergarten and that was due to Creative kid. However, with my son who just finished that is not the case. I have not seen the pre-k skills we excepted. I have to say my first impression of this location was not the best. That was the reputation due to the previous director. Ms Rosaly has come in and really changed this location into an absolute great experience for the kids. My son has been at this location for about 18 months. He was behind in his speech and was eager to learn. The teachers in every room my son has been in as he has matured have been wonderful! His skills have blossomed as has his vocabulary and diction. He is currently in a room with Cassidy and Cheryl (previously Dawn was in there). He absolutely loves it. He is upset when he cannot go to his "school". When the day is over he has to go give "his" Cindy and "his" Rachel a hug. This location is a team and works to ensure ALL children have a good experience and LEARN. read more

The first couple of weeks I noticed how his teacher talked to the other kids. As if she was annoyed and didn't want to be there. I was dropping my son off, and the kids were playing outside. I was watching my son because a little boy kept pushing him, which ok. They are kids, they don't know any better. My son tried to walk away and the little boy shoved him to the ground and 3 other boys went on top of my son and another looked like he was kicking him! The teachers were clueless. I had to hop out of my car and tell them! Even when I did they walked over like it was no big deal. They told me "sorry we were taking care of snotty noses." It takes two people to wipe noses?? All they do is talk to each other! They don't watch the kids. Thank goodness I saw what happened. This is exactly why mothers are scared to take their kids to daycare. Keep in mind my son is only one. These kids were way bigger than him. And the teachers weren't doing anything. Just sitting there and talking to each other. One of the WORST daycare organizations I've ever enrolled my daughters in! Originally requested information about putting my girls in Farm Rd location but it was full so they advised us to enroll in Craig Rd and fill out a transfer form and once availability at Farm Rd became available, they would take us priority due to already being enrolled elsewhere. Well we did as requested when we enrolled our two girls in January. Within my 4 year olds 1st week of school at Craig Rd she went from loving it to crying and begging not to go back. When asked why, I was told another 4yr old was telling everyone else not to play with her. When I approached the teacher about such information the teacher laughed and stated that the former girl has a "click" and it takes a while to let anyone else in. I TRANSFERRED my daughter the SAME DAY. Any teacher who can make a statement as such obviously hasn't rectified the situation and my daughter won't be the victim of bullying and especially not at 4! So we enrolled my daughters at Farm Rd and the problems only continued. My daughters ended up on mornings and night schedule due to availability. On night schedule we would pick my girls up and at times they would be the only ones left 45-60 mins BEFORE close times. They would condense class rooms which seemed OK but there would be lack of supervision and kids doing what they wanted. As if structured learning was only for the morning sessions and BABYSITTING for after 2pm. Then not even 2 weeks into enrollment there, prices went up even after we felt we weren't getting what we paid for since we normally picked up our kids early on evening nights so they wouldn't be alone anyway. So on 3/3/16 I signed a withdrawal form advising they're last day would be 3/10/16 though they never attended the last few days anyway. We were advised on 3/3/16 that it would take 45 days to get a refund for our over payment. When my husband stopped in mid April to pick up clothes they STILL had of my girls they were still advising 45 days and not to worry. Now 60 DAYS LATER, YES 60 DAYS LATER... We're asking where our money is and Kimberly at front desk is saying we need to fill out some refund form. A form THEY KNOW THEY SHOULD HAVE GIVEN US AT TIME OF WITHDRAWAL! But that's the company they run and the Administrator Rosalie is no better. When asking Kimberly today what they're corporate address and phone number was, she couldn't even tell me. She couldn't come up with a regional manager contact info or anything. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone much less give them your money! As you see I'm still waiting to get mine back and I did my part when requesting withdrawal, it's their cheapskate company whose withholding my money!!!! It's now 7/8/16 and still no refund. And we're not talking $50 or less! I prepaid THE WHOLE MONTH for both my girls and gave them their weeks notice on the 3rd of the month. I keep getting the run around about how my check is sitting on their desk approved and waiting to be cut. It's been weeks and I keep hearing the same thing. It's time I file small claims on them! read more

Don't do it. They now have the live video and I sat and watched my son and daughter being mistreated and the teachers don't do anything... they sit there on iPads. Then, for nap time, they kept laying my child down after he/she was ready to get up. Teachers had their backed turned and other kids were taking toys from my child as well as being mean to him/ her. Also, what you pay is outrageous. I got a better deal at KinderCare. Example: they take your payment weekly so if theres 5 weeks in that month, you're paying a ton. KinderCare is a flat rate fee every month, they provide breakfast, lunch, and two snacks. CK doesn't provide meals so on top of our bill being 2K for a 4 week month, I'm providing meals and paying extra for diapers?! Gtfoh. My oldest daughter said they made her sit and color after school and they didn't have much else to choose from. She's 9! She needs to burn energy. They also chose their own centers Valentine's Day party over her being logged in for school so she missed 90 minutes of instruction and had to make it up. I could go on and on. My kids were there for a month. My other child attended there while they were family owned and operated, now they've sold out to the LaPetite Corp. and it shows. Do NOT send your kids here. Some teachers are not nice. My youngest ones teacher took the comfort item my child brought and walked around with it for 10 minutes while my child screamed in horror and she didn't care. My child kept reaching for it and she was a real witch about it. I watched the entire thing. Got it on video. It's horrible and has definitely gone down hill since we were there last. I do not recommend them and if I could give them a negative five I would. They don't have any business watching children. read more

If you have a dispute on your bill don't expect the person on the end to listen or empathize in the least. Instead, anticipate staff to be waiting for their turn to speak so they can remind you of the policy. Is this customer service to you? Not good enough for me. I was shopping around for a good daycare in the area and this one was a disappointment. When you call them for info, they'll invite you in for a tour in the end. DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME GOING. The tour is a joke. I got to see the front lobby and one room to the right. That was it. The info I got were basic. they could've told me over the phone. The receptionist was trying to juggle answering phones, parents in the lobby and also give me this so called tour. I was expecting the director to do this job or at least lend a hand. She was in her office. If I am going to put my child here, I'd want a full tour of the place. I would need to see where their indoor play room is, how to get to the outdoor playground from the inside, etc. Anyway, if I didn't already know what is expected of a daycare center, I still wouldn't have chosen this place. This is just my personal opinion, but I think the loc of the monitored screens should be facing the receptionist so that it could be easily looked at in case of anything...like a child left behind in the playground and what not. read more

The director was very dismissive with the concerns I brought to her and her overall attitude is unpleasant and unapproachable. When I picked my child up I would ask the teacher how she did that day and I was always told the same thing. She did great with no or little potty accidents. However, that was not what her preschool teacher reported to CCSD when she was being evaluated for services. I'm glad I took my child out of this school we will not be returning and I recommend looking for other options if considering this school. read more

I am very pleased with this creative kids location on farm road! We shopped around at quite a few places near us and they were by far the best price and comfort wise! Our daughter has been enrolled for 3-4 months and she has grown so much. She now has full sentences when going in she barely had a handful of words you could understand...it's amazing!! The front desk staff is always sweet and does as much as they can to help with whatever you need...we(my husband and I) love miss holly...she is so caring to our daughter and all the ladies are quick to comfort the kids if they are upset when being dropped off!
