We were SO delighted at the level of service these folks (Leon, Craig) provided while we were visiting our aunt in Kelowna. After arriving from California and stopping by her apartment in a local retirement home, we noticed that her ten-year-old recliner chair had stopped working (and a faint burning smell was detected). We phoned Creative Mobility, and within a day, Craig arrived to diagnose the problem and present us with options (including two levels of repair with corresponding pricing vs. a replacement chair). We chose to repair the chair and left our credit card number with Creative prior to our flight home. Within days, friendly and knowledgable Craig returned to repair the chair (no additional charges made to our card) and our aunt is back reclining. I know that they have a full inventory of mobility PRODUCTS for sale, but we can't say enough about their SERVICE in our case. They were great! read more
