Creative Nail Spa deserves my 5 star rating. The pedicure stations are antiseptically clean. Staff places a clean, fresh liner in the foot tub for each customer. The quality of the pedicure is excellent. There is never a feeling of being rushed. I'm a recent fan of dipping powder nails -Creative Nail Spa has all the colors in the spectrum. My technician, Diane, is superb. The mani is always gorgeous and smooth - with none of the 'gloppy goo' near the cuticles. I recommend you make an appointment. All nail technicians are pleasant, and the atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. No guessing about cleanliness in this fine establishment, which is a huge relief. I came in here for a full set coffin shaped. I paid $45 because the shape was extra (I didn't think that was a thing) the acrylic nails are super thick and they looked like I needed a fill within like 2 days. The shape was definitely not coffin and my right and left hand nails are not the same length. But they welcomed walk in and were nice, they also have a lot of colors availab. Jenny used to do my nails and then she moved so I had to find another nail place. I ended up going in yesterday because I had an event. Not even an hour after I got my nails done most all smeared. I had to remove the nail polish just wear clear. I called the salon and told them what happened and they said I could come in then, but since I had an event I couldn't. I went in today to get it fixed, well that didn't happen. She re-polished my nails and when I was at the drying station two nails already smeared. I was so done at that point I spoke to the owner, and she acted concerned, she offered to fix it but at that point I just wanted to get out. I will not be returning and would NOT recommend. Thai (owner) is absolutely the most meticulous nail tech I have ever seen! He is friendly and his attention to detail is amazing. I have my nails done by him and only him. I have been to so many nail salon's in the area and I have to say I am over the moon happy with his service. I recommend him to everyone who asks about my nails - and that is most women I run into! He does acrylics, gel, manicures and my personal favorite - dip nails! For pedicures, I absolutely recommend Wan. She is the nicest person and she always strives to make everyone happy with her service. I am also just a fan of the environment when I go into his salon. I made an appointment for two pedicures. Arrived on time. We were seated and waited 15 minutes for the pedicure to start. I selected an upgraded Aroma Pedicure. (Additional $10 ). Pedicure started at 3:15 and ended at 3:40. I did not sign up for a quick pedicure. The nail tech was very dismissive . She clearly did not want to be doing a pedicure. My daughter's nail tech was nicer but just as quick. Will not be back .. If you want to feel pampered, want attention paid to detail...this is not the place to get a pedicure. I will not be back. Let me start off by saying my nail tech was incredibly detailed and did a great job. He restarted a couple of nails to make sure they were correct ( I had a pink and white fill). However, the actually experience wasn't so good... It took a REALLY long time! I went in giving myself enough time for a fill and a pedi, but only had time for the fill. Normally I wouldn't mind that for high quality work, but I also went home with my cuticles torn to shreds. I won't be back, but they deserve 3 stars, at least my nails look nice! read more

The Nail Tech Kevin was the rudest person I have ever met at a Nail Salon. He was loud and Bitchy, complaining and he even hurt my pinky when giving me a manicure!. When I called to talk to THE owner, he slammed the phone and then came back and said she was not there; he then proceded to tell me that my money was not good there and slammed the phone. read more

This was mediocre at best. I will say everyone was nice and the place seemed clean. I had a manicure with shellac and a pedicure with shellac. 1 person did my pedicure and another did my manicure. My main problem is that the nail polish job is extremely sloppyon my manicure. It is not close to the edges and is also uneven. I really could have done a better job myself. It is not close to the bottom edge at all leaving an 1/8 inch of exposed nail before the polish starts. Immediately upon leaving it looks like I need another manicure because of the polish being so far away from the botyom of the nail. Also, did not trim my cuticles on the manicure. All this for $80 plus tip. read more

I went her a few days ago and wasn't loving my nails, the looked like they were rushed and done by a new nail technician. Love the color but when I went home I had to reshape them myself so that they actually looked good. Several dents in the nails and they were extremely crooked( I got Sns with tip). To add on the nails are also very bumpy and you can see where the tip is. Wish I could give this place more stars because my nail technician was extremely kind. read more

From the moment my fiancée and I walked in the door we knew this place was a big mistake! The ventilation system obviously does not work, and we were over come by fumes! But from there our experience only got worse! The person working on my feet recommended the Parifin Pedicure Package, But when she put the hot wax on my feet she burned both of my feet! And although she apologized, she had no hesitation to rip me off and make me pay for her horrible service when She asked me to pay. My Fiancée, a former Russian model has had her nails done in so many places around the world. We both agreed this is the worst place that she has ever visited in her life. The attitude of the workers combined with the horrible ventilation in this place will likely make any customer wish they had never visited this (low quality) Nail Salon! I have Never Posted a Review for ANY service ever before, but this was such a horrible experience I feel compelled to let future customers know to BEWARE! If I could leave no stars I would. This was my second visit to fix the first mistake--the young technician's attempt to fix the nails that were not done "professionally" by her a couple days previously and currently as shown below. I touched up filing some nails after her frustrated attempt to not put effort and pride in correcting her work. She applied so much that the thickness is outrageous! I came here on a whim for a manicure, and I'm very disappointed. Once the tech realised I not only didn't want acrylics or gel, but that I just wanted my nails buffed and shaped without polish the upselling started. No, I didn't want a brow wax or pedicure. She quickly lost interest in my service & gave me a quick poorly executed manicure. I left with nail dust under my nails, jagged edges, and ragged cuticles (she was cutting them before I could even say I just wanted them pushed back). I realise I came in with a minimalist and likely unusual (for the area) request, but I wanted to give myself a small treat and that's how I like my nails. I would warn everyone that if you are going for a simple service you can expect to be treated like a burden & to leave with a poor result. read more

I went to this salon because I was told they do beautiful work. That was not the case I am very disappointed in the way my nails came out. As a nail artist you should take pride in your work and make sure it is done beautifully because your work is on display once the customer leaves the salon. The nail tech rushed with my nails the acrylic is not even neither is the topcoat you can see the imperfection in them clearly. And when people tell you that your nails look like press on's you know they are not done well. I would not recommend the salon. read more

I don't like how their pedicure stations don't have the sanitary plastic bags in the basins where you put your feet. My pedicure (polish) turned out nice, but the nail technician used the purple scrubbing sponge SO hard on the side of my foot (which is soft and sensitive to begin with) that it took the skin off!
