The lady kept saying it was "bc I shaved" (mind you I haven't shaved in a month and I only use trimmers, not a razor. Not to mention it was not a welcoming environment, and there was little to no instruction on the process prior. She just immediately jumped straight to waving with no forewarning. I opted for the sugar which was supposed to be "smoother and less painful", so I paid more for nothing. she also used the same clump of wax the entire time. (not sure if that is standard or not). she never held the skin taught so it felt like I was going to be lifted off the table by my V with each rip of wax. once finished, she opened the door and walked out while I still was undressed and uncovered. After dressing, she met me at the counter and made me and the receptionist schedule a follow up appointment right then. very pressing and pushy. felt obligated to leave a tip as well. overall, poor experience and would NOT RECOMMEND.
