This was the closest dog boarding facility, so we contacted the owner, Susan, and explained our situation - we wanted to drop Gob off on Friday night, pick him up on Saturday for the wedding, drop him off after the ceremony, and pick him up on Sunday. Not only was Susan okay with that crazy scenario, but she offered to pick him up from the wedding so that none of our guests would have to do it. When we dropped off Gob on Friday, we found the facility to be clean and the check-in process to be easy. On the morning of our wedding, my fiance picked up Gob, who was beautifully groomed (per our request) - he honestly smelled better than he ever had before! After the ceremony, we were looking for Gob, as we wanted him to be in our official photos - however, our friends had already told Susan that she could take him back to the boarding facility. Thankfully, we were able to get a hold of Susan via cell phone, and she graciously agreed to turn around and bring him back so he could be in our photos. That meant the world to us! To top things off, Susan mailed us Gob's harness (at no charge) when she found that we had left it at her facility. This was probably the best dog boarding experience we have ever had, and I only wish we lived closer so that we could be regular customers, as the pricing was super reasonable and the customer service was beyond reproach. Dogs can get loose and run in traffic. Play N Stay has wonderful play yards and group your dog in a suitable play group with dogs similar in size and personality. They are monitored in their play groups by a staff the entire time. They are well cared for and loved at Play N Stay. I wouldn t go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!!!

They made him pay $500 before they would even look at the dog's injuries - of course, he paid because he loves his dog. They tried to refer him to drive her to another vet that was an hour away but her injuries were so bad he knew she would have never even made it. He ended up paying nearly $1,000 only to get a call in less than an hour after taking her there that his poor fur baby didn't make it. Now, he honestly didn't think she was going to make it and he's not a vet - so, why wouldn't they just say, "sir, your pet is suffering and not going to make it." Then just pay the cost to have the dog put out of its misery. I live in Cleveland and I can walk into an emergency vet clinic and they don't even talk about money when there is a critical care issue until the pet is stabilized. Then, the standard emergency vet fee is $140 and any additional costs for the services provided - NOT $500 to walk in the dang door. They know they are the only vet in the area and they pray on our love for our fur babies by robbing your bank account. Again, they don't give a rats butt about your animals.

My golden retriever had gone here in the past so I knew this was the place to take my 16 month…read more122lb Newfoundland. Many people are frightened by his size, puppy energy and mentality. They were excited to have him when the reservation was made. When we showed up, they immediately came and got him so I could fill out the necessary paperwork. He was so happy to go with them that I once again had no worries. My sign other hates kennels and was tearful at the thought of leaving him. When he saw our dog later playing in the run and how relaxed he was and tail up and wagging he was amazed and said he would never have a problem taking him there! When we picked in up after our two week vacation, he was in perfect health and no signs of stress. The staff was able to tell us that he refused to eat the first day yet then he would eat all his food that was given. They once again informed us on how much they loved our dog and how they would love to have him back. Whenever we go anywhere he will definitely stay here!
