I reached out to 4 companies and some of them didn't even bother showing up to my home to make an assessment before providing me a quote. Kenny showed up at my house on the same day we called, and his price was the most competitive of them all. He set up traps and went on his way, sadly for him and myself the squirrels never went in, this went on for almost a week and he showed up every day and checked, on the last day he decided to try an inside trap as we finally figured out the squirrels went through a wall. He set up a trap inside the house on the wall and the next morning the two squirrels had been captured and not harmed. He came to remove the trap and it was touching to see how caring he was towards the squirrels; they were dehydrated and he immediately made arrangements to take them to someone that would bring them back to life and care for them before being set back free. I highly recommend this company, they are true professionals, so very kind and respectful. They always wore masks coming into the house or even outside of the house and just overall an amazing experience for something that was annoying to begin with. The quote for work was $1760 to animal proof three dormer soffits. The work effort for the two technicians took less then 3 hours and the results was a complete eye sore for all to see. The technician screwed flimsy sheet metal to the fascia boards and glued it to the shingles. Everything was uneven and rushed. At a rate of $300 an hour per technician, I would expect the work to be neat and precise. I text and called to express my concerns and when the manager finally came out he said that this is what they typically do and can not fix it. He offered to refund my deposit but failed to mention that they are retaining 25% of the total cost. $440 dollar spend for holes in my fascia boards and glue on my shingles. Do not do business with this company.
