With a two tier play centre for 4 years and above (tho if your child can cope then its ok for them to be on it if younger, my child is nearly 3) it has lots of activities inside, slides, climbing wall, rope bridges and the usual things you will find. The one thing that I find different then most play centres is its toddler area which is quite big. The seating area is slap bang in the middle so you can always see your child but is also quite spacious so you don't feel like watching yourself whenever a over hyperactive kid runs around your table. Prices are quite cheap £3.50 for under 4's and £4.50 for 4 and over. When busy as I have found at every play centre you get kids you can't help but climb up the biggest slide, resulting in every parent wincing at the thought of a trip to A&E but yet no one really taking charge and the staff don't seem overly bothered to tell children or the parents. Ford is very good and cheap. Party's are available but not sure if the place can be rented exclusively which can be a bug bear for any parent who may turn up and find they can't go in.

As the children here are older they would benefit from more outside play instead of the small back garden - however the kids to get taken on days out and to the park to compensate for this.

There is also another large section dedicated to much bigger slides and activities for kids old enough to run around there own to get stuck into. There is also a bungee type ride for the older kids, although I think this is charged at extra. The cafe is apparently award winning, although what award it's won I've no idea but actually the food was absolutely fine and probably much better than most soft play places and the veg soup I had tasted fresh and homemade. Tip : There is a car park at the front and an overspill at the back but if, like me, you've braved the school holidays then the nearest car park is a 5 minute walk down the road where Next is located.

There's loads of play areas for kids of all ages - giant slides (wow, even I enjoyed going down the main big one) and different sections like the disco room, cinema and sensory room - all pretty cool if you ask me. And for the parents there's a pretty big cafe selling what looked like good quality tea and coffee, soft drinks and snacks. Loads of room to sit and chill out - they've got it down at Head over Heels - check it out if you need to let your kid burn off some of that energy!

This is one of the biggest play Centres i been to and it can be quite easy to get lost in it. It ranges from rope walls, rope bridges, sponges bridges, to slides (3 in total with one being a near vertical drop which even made me a little apprehensive to go on). Go Karts (£1 a go). The location and the stuff on the menu does kinda show you who the clientele is lets just say not many play centres i go to have Iced Mocha Choca on the drinks menu. Also we got there pretty early but when we left mid afternoon the car park looked like a Range Rover forecourt. But don't let this despair you as the price was still very reasonable and the menu was very reasonable. There was also a big area for toddlers but we didn't venture on to that. Will defo go back

Huge playgym designed for kids up to the age of 7…read more We've visited this playgym a few times now for children's birthday parties and I personally find the place so big and daunting for a 2 year old. There are activities available for all ages, although very small area for under 5's compared to over 5's but the building itself is so big and found it very difficult to watch my child due to this. There were 4 children's parties taking place at one time and children were going with other groups by mistake so got the impression there was too much going on for them too. Quite expensive in comparison with other playgyms in the area but maybe that is to suit the older end of the children.

I think we had nearly as much fun as she did though. You do have to be careful as the bigger kids are tearing around the place and don't think twice about knocking the smaller ones flying so don't let young ones enter the larger play area on their own.
