The beginning of this week I brought my mother to this location to get a loan. Ive Been a customer for Years I've always been satisfied with the customer service until recently. Stephanie Bonar (she had tattoos on both arms and was wearing a leopard print shirt) was extremely unprofessional and rude to us. She was constantly on her phone or watch; talking (Saying inappropriate things). She must be a new employe; but I'm highly disappointed in her as a representation of this company.
